      On December 5th, I sent $880 US to *****, ******* for ******* Aboubakre ****** (******** ******) who is one of my organization's, Go! International, regional coordinators in *********** to pay for his plane ticket to **** to work with our site director, Sename ***** in ***. The amount ******** received was equal to $760 having been converted incorrectly to the local currency and shorting him $128 for his flight. I want the corresponding $128 to be refunded or to be sent to the originally intended recipient, Mr. ******* in *******. I have sent money internationally to organizational partners in multiple countries, and have never had this problem before.

      Lost 4 Western Union checks paid to me for my roommates rent, June4, 2024. I filed the notarized forms and paid $30 per check for research. That was cashed, and was found that the originals were never cashed, that happened early Sept.I can't get anywhere for this reimbursement, after many phone calls, and emails by my roommate and family members.       On July 29, 2024, I assisted a resident, B ******, with requesting two copies of cashed money orders from Western Union filling out the Money Order Research Request form as well as the Tracing request on the back of the two receipts provided to me by the resident, *. ******. Since then, the check was cashed on 8/14/2024 yet no photos of the cashed items were mailed or emailed to Ms. ****** or myself. I have called on behalf of the request a half dozen times with no answers or help or copies as requested. Western Union certainly has the information and I do know the 2 money orders were indeed cashed. We are not requesting a refund, just the two copies. This does concern a criminal case and we cannot prosecute the criminal without these two copies. All we want in the two pictures. It is not that hard. The case number last given was *********.

      I purchased a money order on 5/22 from Dillons in the amount of $844. And i have been fighting tooth and nail since May to have my fraudulently cashed money order refunded to me. Western union customer service has done nothing but play games and transfer me from *** to ***. I think I've talked to at least 20 different people today, and that's JUST today. I lost employment due to the games they've continued to play over the last several months and i JUST need my stolen money returned. They continue to ***etitively not take me seriously and make promises they never intend to follow through on. I've done EVERYTHING on this case and they've sat on their hands. I've wasted DAYS of my time on the phone with these clowns. Still to no avail. They are also only legally alotted 120 days to resolve this concern which clearly they are WELL past.

      In the beginning of August 2024 I purchased a money order for my rent. My landlord received the money order and when tried to deposit it she was told it was invalid. I requested a money order refund. After about 2 weeks later I received a check in the mail. Apon trying to cash the check I was told no. I contacted western union and they said they would reissue. I called again a few weeks later and was told they would provide a tracking number in ***** hours. This never happened. I have spent several hours on the phone being told 1-2 business days, 5 business days, ***** hours ect. I have been given the run around for months. Promised, assured, guaranteed i would receive a tracking number to pick up my funds. This has cause serious financial repercussions for me. It is now December and today I was told again within 2 business days. 4 months now and several hours of my time wasted and still being told to wait. I have been issued numerous case numbers the most recent being ***********

      Requested a money order refund for a money order that has not been cashed. since Nov 10th, Been told by 2 people that it has been approved. It's still saying that it's in process. Supposed to get a refund in 3-5 business days (MTCN NUMBER) it's been 3 weeks. The amount is $150.

      On 07-30-2024 , I received 4 money orders (19665727554, 19665727556, 19665727555, 19665727557) totalling $1800 from my *******. I lost the money orders. I contacted ****** Union approximately 10 days after to initiate the refund process. My case number is ********* and it has now neen 4 1/2 months and I am still waiting for a resolution. I am 87 years old and on a fixed income. I cannot afford to have my money just floating around in cyber space forever. Please help me to resolve this matter as quickly as possible. I have followed all required steps and cannot seem to get an answer through customer service.

      I purchased a money order of ****** on 09/01/24 to pay my rent and the landlady couldn't cash it at the bank because it got ripped at the bottom and some numbers were not legible. I don't have a vehicle, so I walk and if I recall correctly it was raining and it ripped where the numbers were. I requested a refund and they sent a refund check on October 10th, 2024. It was warm the day when I went to cash the refund check and some of the numbers of that check got worn off because of my sweat and where I had it. I called them to request a reissue of the check of ****** {the deducted $15.00 for a refund fee}. I still have the check and can't be cashed and I am willing to send it back to them, but the told me it wasn't necessary. But, I keep calling and the customer service emails the department about the reissue and no one gets back to me after they said they would. So, I feel I'm getting the run around.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, because I will be getting a new refund check and I hope there are no other fees for this.  Also, they told me they sent an email with an initiated new check #, but I don't see it in my inbox.  I will like to have that.  Thank you.
