    This business continues to call our office and won't take no for an answer. We've told them over and over again that we're not interested and not to call again and they still continue to call disrupting out business.

    Ntherm called our home several times wanting to give us a new rate on electricity and a 20% rebate once a year for a 12 month period. They called my wife several times and she told them we weren’t interested, and that she could not make that decision. Today July 28,2022 Ernesto from Ntherm called and told my wife on the next billing the new rate will be 10.79 and a 20% rebate check will be sent. Ernesto gave a direct phone number of ************ but called the house phone using************. She told them she can not authorize that they need to talk to Allan. Allan called Ernesto later that morning and Ernesto said he never told my wife that and Allan told him we want no changes made to this account. He called ******* also to verifying no changes would be made. He did call the Better Business Bureau also.
