nTherm is a complete pain. They have been bugging us for over 2 years now to switch gas providers. We have told them NO multiple times and they keep calling. I will not answer their calls and they call back to back. They will leave a message saying I MUST call them as soon as I get their message. 8 months ago I got pretty nasty with them and told them to take me off their call list, she said they would and yet here we are still getting MULTIPLE calls from them. They use different phone numbers too so you don't recognize the number calling. Big scammers, leave us alone.Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I called nTherm at 9:01 am ET on 7/14/2025 and talked with *******. He was going to add our numbers ************** and ************** to their Do Not Call list and should fully take effect in 10 business days. He was also going to do a search for any other numbers associated with ******************** and add those if any should appear. He told me to call him back if we had any more issues.

nTherm has called our Non-Profit 10 times in the last 8 minutes and are refusing to stop. They did this last week too. This feels like harassment at this point.Business Response

This business continues to call me even though *** looked it up and I do not receive electricity thru them. Today was the last straw. I am a dairy farmer and was up early so I laid down for a small nap, putting my phone on do not disturb. Because emergencies happen and I need to be reachable, my phone will ring if the person calls back a 2nd time within 5 minutes. The woman from N therm did that. When I asked her about it, she scoffed that when she turns on do not disturb she never gets phone calls. I was pretty annoyed that she basically mansplained how to use it appropriately and I said exactly my reason, and that because they've called before I check my price per kwh each bill (especially because ive been scammed by electricity providers before) and to please never contact me again. Their tactics are awful and I wish we could go back to 1 electric provider so at least I wouldn't have to screen all my calls!Business Response

Ntherm LLC has been one of the most aggressively persistent companies Ive ever dealt with. Ive declined their energy services repeatedly, well over 20 times, and yet they continue to call, often from rotating numbers to get around blocks and disrupting our office operations. Each time, I clearly state Im not interested, and each time, my request is ignored. This isnt marketing, its harassment. Some representatives have even become rude when asked to stop contacting the office line. This kind of behavior is not just frustrating, its disrespectful and unacceptable.Business Response

This company continues to call in a bullying manner about services to reduce energy bills. I rent space and that is included in my rent. They have been asked multiple times to remove my number from their call list. They interrupt when you are talking and ask for the landlord information which they can easily get on their own. They have also been told this information. They will call multiple times in a row if you dont answer before finally leaving a message. I run a holistic wellness business and they continually interrupt my sessions with aggressive calling.Business Response

This scam company will NOT STOP CALLING our business, even when we have told them multiple times to stop. NTHERM IS A VERY DISRESPECTFUL COMPANY AND HARRASE THE PEOPLE THEY ARE CALLING. NTherm representatives aggressively and rudely contact our place of business daily and it is unacceptable as I have clearly stated on multiple occassions to refrain from contacting our business as we are not interested in their services. Repeated sales calls to my business, despite telling Ntherm we were not interested. The sales person--*******, is very aggressive and calls right back after being put off. She leaves messages telling us that it is an urgent matter (for whom??) and that we need to call back today. It's a scam of a company and disruptive to my business. After looking them up in ******, I see that I am not alone in my assessment of them. I finally called and asked to be removed from their call list.
