    Bought a Jeep that allegedly passed their 30 point inspection. Broke down the next day on the drive back and wouldnt start back up. I was stranded at a hotel for 3 days and had to pay for a tow to bring it back to their shop for a consignment loss. I left a negative review and after they called requesting me to remove it and tried paying me to do so I refused the money and removed my review anyway because I do not like to hurt businesses. After seeing so many reviews with similar circumstances and seeing that other people wrote that they try and buy negative reviews I then realized the depth of their dishonesty. The only reason they dont have many many more negative reviews is because they bought people off and others took the money and signed a document stating they wouldnt post anything. I am glad I didnt take the money so that I can warn others. Any response to this review is fake and just to gaslight other customers to make it look like they care. ********************** dont advertise an inspection and false advertise/take advantage of people. Shameful. Btw BBB only means for justifying high ratings is that the business responded to a complaint within a certain amount of time. The BBB does not actually inspect anything at WWVA.

    I should have known better than to buy a vehicle online without looking at it first, even from a so-called "trusted dealer" pfft. They advertised the vehicle with custom wheels as the first pic shows and when it got delivered it had some cheap a** wagon wheels on it. Not only that part of the deal was that they pay for shipping but when the carrier delivered it the paperwork that the dealership changed said I had to pay $900 when it was delivered. I should have sent the piece of s*** back right then and there but I ate it. So the vehicle had just been hauled almost **** miles and 2 of the windows were not rolled up all the way and the entire interior was soaking wet, water logged, and now showing rust. And 2 months later the transmission blew up, You got over on me this time but just remember. Karma is real and Karma is a b**** Good luck with that a*******
