    I ordered a bracelet back in April. However I did not realize I was signing up for a monthly charge of $19.95 month. When I asked to get a refund eas told my time had expired to do so. I was charged I'm **** and apparently didn't notice it. I did however see the July charge. This is absurd no refund. What a scam! I'm on a fixed budget and no way can I afford to pay $19.95 monthly for membership. Beware and stay away from buying anything from *********** Boutique.

    I have received email from company already. They are saying I cannot cancel membership which I had no idea I was signing up for in the first place. $19.95 a month is a little ridiculous. They however never provided me with where I approved for the $19.95 a month. Because I would have never signed up. I did however receive bracelet. It's absurd you cannot cancel membership. Stating I'm out of the time frame. Had I known I #1 would have ordered bracelet which cost $16. #2 I would have cancelled#3 They never gave me time frame to cancel 

    This is such a scam. Who pays $19.95 monthly to get discount. I will never order anything from them even again. 

    I so where numerous people had asked for refunds to no avail

     It's time they are stop scaming the $19.95 monthly. 

    Again they gave no proof I did infact sign up. Unfortunately they had my debit card when I bought bracelet.

    I made a purchase of a necklace and by doing that they automatically enrolled me in their monthly subscription. On their website under FAQ'S section it states that I can cancel anytime and if they charged my account they will refund NO PROBLEM. Well that's NOT true at all. They took the fee of $12.95 out of my account on June ******************************* 9, 2022 & September 10, 2022. Total refund should be $51.80. I cancelled my membership on May 29,2022. I've called them just to find out the number is no longer working. I've emailed them on May 20, 2022 and July 11, 2022 just to get no response!!I'm very upset when a business does not stand up to what they say they will do.Plus NEVER tell me that by making a purchase I'm signing up for a membership that cost. This place is rude and disrespectful by not responding and refunding my money. Attached will be my cancellation email and their refunding policy.Thank You and Have A Blessed Day

    The reason I'm not accepting the company's response is because I CANCELLED THE SUBSCRIPTION 
    AND THEY CONTINUED TO TAKE OUT THE PAYMENT AFTER AFTER I CANCELLED THE SUBSCRIPTION
    THEY OWE ME $51.80 I CANCELLED ON MAY 29, 2022 THEY CONTINUED TO TAKE THE $12.95 PER

    WELL, APPARENTLY  THERE IS A PROBLEM CAUSE I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED!!!!
