I ordered a sun sign bracelet for my daughter. A while later I found out that I was being charged an additional $29 a month for a membership. I never accepted signing up for any membership. If that was a requirement, I would have never ordered the bracelet in the first place. I responded to the email and instructed them to cancel the membership immediately. A week or so later, my bank contacted me about a possible fraud on my checking account. It was this business trying to take out the $29 membership fee. Luckily I told my bank to decline the payment. The bank gave me a phone number to call to make sure the membership was canceled, but every time I call the number its busy.

I placed an order for a bracelet online. The money was taken from my checking account, but I never received a receipt or confirmation from this company. I have left six voicemail messages on their machine and yet no return phone calls. I also have emailed the company and yet still no replies!

I had recently purchased 2 charm bracelets and had later found out that I was being charged an additional ***** for a membership that I didnt sign up for. After sending an email and finding out that this was a membership charge that supposedly I had signed up for, for which I did NOT, I was told that they are only members sole based. I only purchased 2 charm bracelets and did not see a disclaimer for membership anywhere in this page. You have to check off for what you receive and I only checked off on the 2 charm bracelets. They are now telling me in email only that they had made it transparent about the membership. LIES!! Avoid these people at all costs, as they a poliliars.
