    I purchased the Anker Solix F3800, mainly to have a mobile all-in-one for welding and other shop-related work.When delivered, my wife accepted the delivery and when I got home, I noticed the box was damaged, not a big deal at that point. When I took out the unit, I noticed whatever damaged the box also damaged the top of the unit itself.The photo I sent apparently wasn't enough to prove the unit was damaged so I sent a couple more and they then agreed it was damaged. They offered me $50 bucks, but I really just want it to be replaced. I haven't had a chance to test everything. I feel like if one is purchasing something this expensive, the unit should at the very least not be damaged. Based on their website and damage policy, Ive followed their process and rules but they have not responded yet (seen screen shot). I sent them a a handful of emails and my last three in the past week have not been answered.

    Over the past year, weve been working hard to improve our operations, including expanding our team and strengthening our fulfillment and customer service processes. However, its clear that we didnt meet expectations in this case, and we take full accountability.

    Ordered $5k of solar panels and inverter and battery. Never received tracking numbers after numerous inquiries still no tracking numbers. Battery out of stock then inverter out of stock. ***********

    I wanted to let you know that **** at Renewable Outdoor Solar did an excellent job at resolving my concerns.  **** walked me through the entire process and gave me fantastic advise for my system.  After hearing horror stores on ordering items from 3rd parties online I was concerned after spending thousands and the items were back ordered.  **** and his team helped me through with great communication and I have taken several more orders from him and his company.  All were perfect and I will be happy to recommend **** to others and already have.  ************* and people.  Please remove my complaint and turn it into a complementary article.  Great work and thank you as trust to me is huge especially when talking about thousands of hard earned dollars.  You can trust **** and team 100%.  Thanks all.

    I placed an order on 4/27/24 for a Delta 2. I paid $799. I set the shipping address to one in *********** and was informed that I needed to sign up with sendtopuertorico.com and give Renewable Outdoors the ** information that sendtopuertorico.com would give me. I did exactly as instructed and I have not received a tracking number or any further information. I called them on 5/13/24 and explained the situation and they claimed that a new employee messed up my order. They instructed me to resend my information to their email at ******************************* I still have not received any tracking numbers or confirmations to my emails. I went to their ******** page and saw two complaints exactly like mine. My order number is #R04700.
