I wanted to order an item from the site that advertised free shipping and upon checkout was hit with a 400 dollar shipping fee. Thinking it was a mistake i reached out to their support team and called them only to be told that the owner is aware of the issue and isnt updating the website. This particular item has been listed with free shipping since September 2023 (anyone can look this up on wayback machine or ***********) so at this point, its negligent that this has not been updated by the site owner. I find it deplorable that the business is not honoring what they are advertising. I agree with other commenters here that this is a bait and switch company and should not be BBB accredited as this is a long standing issue.

5 starsOCT/NOV2024 - Put in a large order for a pallet of panels, batteries, and inverters for my solar setup. While a mistake was made in the panel shipment (both missing and damaged panels), RO worked the me to fully fill the order even at their detriment. There customer service is OUTSTANDING as you will get a real, live, and very knowledgeable person very quickly during business hours; call backs; and replies to emails. Their pricing also can't be beat in the searching I've done. I was also a fickle customer and changed my mind on the inverters I wanted, and they worked with me to ensure I was happy, filled my needs, and have made me a return customer! We apologize for the delay in response. There was no bait and switch made. **** on our team responded to your inquiry immediately on November 8th below:
"No **** we explicitly advised you the bike you would be receiving was a Black Ranger EBike. I'll be attaching a screenshot from September of you accepting the offer rather than accepting the offer of cancelling the order for a full refund.
We apologize if you are not satisfied but we made it as clear as possible that you were receiving a Black Ranger, there was never any mention of the Ranger S in the description of the listing nor through the email communications we've shared.
I also just gave you a call to try and fully understand what the problem is here as we've been very clear that you purchased and would be receiving a Black Ranger."All the best,
