    The ordered unit arrived quickly and for that we are grateful. When we found that the battery we ordered did not have the capacity we needed, we contacted the company to determine how to replace it. Following guidance from the company we ordered another, and sent the first one back. We have now been without either battery for almost two weeks, completely invalidating the good service we received at the outset. Seems we could have had a new battery sent to us right away, and received a refund/credit for the first one when received back at the company. I even asked if we could just buy another battery, as the first one appears to be stuck in transit somewhere in *******! Interestingly, when I mentioned this option to the customer service representative I was told they had to check with their manager, who then apparently said they wanted to 'dig into this'. So for now we have a very expensive doorstop. Hopefully we will have the battery before Thursday's appointment with, of all people, the pulmonologist!

    Men were very helpful and answered all my questions so I felt confident with the purchase. I received the Concentrator with no problems and in good condition. It was easy to set up and works well. I was just a little disappointed sturdiness of the on/off and other controls. Also it will be difficult to have it serviced once a year as I purchased the Concentrator myself. We'll see. Thank you so much for all your help.

I really enjoyed speaking with him not just about what I was looking for but also about the Olympics. This company worked with me to get the oxygen concentrator I needed with a price that I could afford.
