    I was misled about the weight and the capacity of the **** P5 Portable Oxygen Concentrator. It was to weigh less than than my original Imogen and could produce the same amount of oxygen as the Imogen at #3.This happened on 11-11-22.It did not. I had to raise the number to 3 1/2 to get the same degree of oxygen and in doing so, it made my battery deplete faster.I decided to return the oxygenator to LPT on 12-7-22 I sent it by *** and watched them pack the box and paid $65 shipping to send it.They received it at LPT on 12-12-22 and never contacted me to tell me the the box was damaged and empty other than 2 straps, After waiting weeks I called and called and called and got no results.very disappointed in this company. I paid $2540 for it and they have failed to pull this purchase price off my credit card. Its a total run around, I still need the oxygenator but I will never, ever buy anything off this company again and you shouldn't either, So, long story short, they have the machine, I have nothing, LPT got my money and the salesman got his commission and I still have nothing.I'de like to say Thank you for your time, but why would I say thank you for such bad service?NO Thank You

    Thank you for contacting us regarding your recent purchase with LPT Medical. After review of your account, unfortunately the contents of the package were only the AC/DC charging adaptors. At this time we are unable to refund without having the whole package. Which includes: The Concentrator, battery, carry case , manual and AC/DC chargers.     All the bad reviews here are true:1) Misrepresentation of product. I paid brand new portable oxygen concentrator and rented home unit oxygen concentrator. In less than a year, both units failed to produce quality oxygen. It showed errors on screen "poor oxygen quality".2) False promises. They said that both the portable unit and the home unit are covered by ********* So, I paid $3,987 for the portable unit including accessories. It is already ***************************** received anything from ********* So, I called ******** and was informed that the portable unit is not covered at all.3) Useless warranty. They said the portable unit has 5-year warranty. But I paid $90 for shipping of portable unit for repair and another $390 for the loaner as rental unit. It could have been cheaper and faster if I had the portable unit repaired somewhere. 4) Long wait in repair. It will take about 5 weeks to 10 weeks to repair the portable unit.5) ************* When I called them to report the issue, it took a while (1 day) for them to call back. I kept calling, either I was transferred to another person, or said they will call back. Finally, I got the loaner (portable unit) after 9 days of waiting. But when I opened the box, its a different unit and no AC adapter and power cord. USELESS! To date, I dont have the loaner yet. 6) Damaged replacement unit. They sent me a replacement home unit that does not produce oxygen. It took another 3 days for them to send me a good home unit. But I wonder how long it will work. Its been 2 days yet since we got this replacement home unit. ****** learned: DO NOT TRUST LPT MEDICAL. They will rip you off of your retirement money and drain your energy. They are very good in selling but will never provide good service on the repair/replacement. You are actually paying a refurbished unit and not brand new. When the unit stopped working, they keep on stalling and stalling until you give up calling them.

    Thank you for contacting us about your concerns. I do apologize that you are having trouble with your units. We do our best to ensure that all of our customers have the best quality products. When problems do arise, we do have a process set in place to troubleshoot with our customers and their units to ensure that in fact it does need repair. These steps are needed to make sure that we do not send in for repair if it can be fixed with a bit of troubleshooting over the phone. With the supply chain issues right now, we are seeing longer than normal turn around times with manufacturer repairs. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over that. Your 5 year warranty does cover any repairs to your unit. However, shipping is not included. After review of your account, I do see that we did overnight your replacement home concentrator with no shipping charge. I also see that you had sent your portable unit in for the repair and included your ** adaptor. I have arranged for a new loaner unit to be sent with the ** and DC adaptor at no charge to you. As we strive to get you the maximum reimbursement through your insurance, ultimately that is determined through ********* Your reimbursement is based on your policy with ********* I do thank you for choosing LPT Medical and should you need anything in the future, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will do whatever we can to assist you.

    said would help get ******** reinbursement ******** refused on acct LPT doesn't have ******** supplier ID number .We called LPT medical and they said have ******** call them.I was told ******** does not call ************* to call ******** to help get reinburst .they said couldn't do that so we were stuck paying $2995.

    We submitted reimbursement code when initially sending in required paper work.The reason we ordered machine was told they would help filing for medicare.Where is the help?

    The machine I ordered is the only one that goes to 9 lpm on pulse. My doctor really wants me on continuous, there is not a machine out there that goes to 9 that is continuous. The machine I have has continuous to 3. We will see how it works when I go on the train for 6 hours to my daughters and then drive back home. The main reason I got this machine is so I can go to my son-in-laws memorial, and so I am not tripping over the tubing or my dog is sitting on it. So far I have tried it at home and it works perfectly. I will see how the battery and plug for the cigarette lighter work in January. So far I am really happy with the machine and the people at LPT that assisted me.

    I bought a portable concentrator snout a year and a half ago. Just in case. I started using it since June , when I go out. It started beeping and I called, I have a lifetime warranty. They said they would send one about about the same age as mine and I paid extra to have overnight shipping via **** The customer service assured me it would go out that day. The next day I had not received a tracking number., so I called. They dont even have any, they dont even know when they will get any in. They were going to charge overnight when one did. I cancelled the overnight as it was promised for this Friday. They gave me a story as to why they didnt know they didnt have any, and how can a company not know what it being shipped to them, There was no manager available which is standard from other complaints. I have filed a complaint through the manufacturer and will probably have to do so here too, I hope not. They did not send an email telling me they were out of stock. At first they said they did but no they couldnt find it. I had also ordered cannulas which I promptly cancelled. At first they said they couldnt. Because they were shipped , but that was not true so they did, so dishonest. Find a more reputable company to buy from.

    I became need for oxygen in End of January 2022 *********** in my area did not have any due to Covid and suggested I get one from an online medical supply. The machine I got is fine my issue is that because they were out of network I had to pay for this. So I did as the salesman told me I could put the invoice thru my insurance which is a ******** advantage plan and my Dr approved with them. He was not right as I have been appealing this since then. ******** only rents from companies when they are used for in home use. As I have a large concentrator and needed this one to be able to go to appointments and out they do not help with the cost at all. So be sure what your insurance will cover.

    I would like to add to my complaint *********** LPT medical did reach out to us and offered ** another machine to try and this one is much quieter and mom is satisfied. so thank you to whom ever reached out. We thank you, sorry had to go about getting help this way you could've solved this problem before had to complain

    Due to a recent need, I spoke to several oxygen concentrator vendors to gain the knowledge necessary to make an informed decision. Unfortunately, those vendors only provided substandard information that was not adequate for me to base any decision. Shortly thereafter, I spoke with ************** from LPT Medical and everything changed.************** took a genuine interest in ******** for an education and he responded with a level of sincerity and expertise that the other providers lacked. Needless to say, I purchased an oxygen concentrator from him, and I could not be happier.***** C. is a tremendous asset and an exemplary example of what it takes for LPT Medical to be successful. Congratulations on having Mr. ***** C. on LPT Medical's team.

    Don't buy from this com0any they will sell you a bad machine then customer service will stall you trying to get it fixed, and when you have had enough of the worse service in the country . I asked for a refund after returning it for repairs or an exchange because they drug their feet i opted to get a fefund three weeks later abd a few phone calls i got a refund only it was 1/3rd short of what i paid and they said it was company policy thst i was not informed of. So do your self a favor and purchase from a more reliable company that is not a scam outfit
