    I am not at all happy with this ****. I told ther lady on the phone that it the most important, crucial feature that I had to absolutely insist on was that this machine weigh less than 5 lbs so that I would be able to carry it , she said it was new. And I ordered an extra battery for almost 400 dollars more.What I got was a refurbished machine that is bulky, heavy , and gets extremely hot b4 even being charged for my **** dollars wasted. The handle of the bag is ripping off and if I can't charge the battery b4 it goes below 20%, , the machine will just keep shutting itself off.Not at pleased about anything about this heavy, bulky , ugly , overheated ,overpriced mess..

    I purchased a portable concentrator from LPT Medical for $3000.00. I need to return it, but the company says no. I was outside the 30 day limit for returns by 4 days. Being on a fixed monthly income, I cannot afford anymore money to be paid out for another unit. Please help this senior, please.

    I purchased the inogen& paid $2800. For it. In 2.5 years I have only been able to use it 10 months. I have went back repeatedly for repair, another $200. For columns thT didn't work. This is the worst product iv ever purchased. I just got mine back today with a bill for $77. I'm disabled on oxygen 24 7. That's a lot of money on s.s. I thought about paying it again & resaleing it but I can't & have a clear conscious. Iv been royalty ripped off with this product. It's JUNK.

    LPT Medical has fraudulent business practices. First, they are not an authorized seller or reseller of INOGEN products although they claim to be. They do sell used Inogen products but are not authorized by Inogen to do so. I purchased a used Inogen G4 from LPT medical in March of 2023 and was told by *********************** that the machine would be checked over and would be in good working condition. I paid $1,840. Including 45. For shipping with a 30-day return policy. After receiving the machine, I noticed it vibrated excessively and was loud. I emailed ***** within a week of receiving the machine and requested a return label and I told him I wanted a full refund. He agreed to send me a new G4. So, at this point I am getting close to the 30-day return policy. I was excited when my box arrived only to be disappointed to find out that they did not send me the G4 machine ***** promised me which only weighs 3.7 lbs, but some other brand I have never heard of that weighed over 10 lbs. The reason I wanted the G4 was for the weight which was discussed with ***** at length. I was very upset. He said they were out of stock. Later, I discovered they are not authorized to sell Inogen products new or used and I was lied to. I never opened the box and asked him for a return label. The return manager **** tried to bully me because apparently the 30-day return policy is forever and does not apply to the new machine they just sent to me. **** was going to charge me a 20% restocking fee plus shipping even though none of this was my fault. I had all the emails with ***** to prove his promises with me and I sent those emails to her. She said he had no right to make those promises and I told her he is a representative of the company and his is liable for those promises. I sent these emails to my CC company and they pulled the charges because they tried to hold the return label hostage until I paid their fraudulent fees. After my CC Company pulled the charge I received the return label.

    I reject your robot response. I was NOT fully refunded. I had to pull my Credit Card charges because **** in your shipping/returns department was holding my return slip hostage until I agreed to pay a 20% restocking fee plus shipping. As stated, before I did return my original machine within the 30 days and the second machine was sent to me after the 30-day return policy expired. Nowhere is that mentioned on their return policy. A machine I did not order. I was promised a G4 which they do not even sell. I have an email to back this up. They are a dishonest in every way and do not deserve a BBB (A ) rating.

    Took advantage of my elderly parents. Sold them used oxygenator, never sent the 16 c battery. Wont send the refund. I would never buy from them again. Wont call us back. Dishonest sales after aggressive marketing.

    I bought my Caire, rebranded as Arya, POC in October 2022. It worked well - although not quite as well as the sales pitch - for a few months then quit. I couldn't detach the battery for a reset. Following LPT Medical's instructions, after paying $90, I sent the unit off for repair. *** confirmed the unit arrived at the repair site in ******* on Feb 22nd. Have yet to hear from LPT Medical whether I will ever get my unit or a replacement back. This housebound senior citizen is apparently out close to $2,500.

    I am amazed by the level of customer service and care I have receive thus far from LTP medical. My service representative's name was *****, he went miles and miles beyond what a normal sales person would do to make me comfortable with my purchase. We actually talked on two occasions because I asked him for some time to decide after our first call. He was not frustrated, he allowed me to call him back and we talked until I was sure I was getting the correct unit; I was buying a portable oxygen concentrator, mainly to use for use during air travel. I even spoke with *** to let him know what an excellent employee he has in Colin.I am excited to see if this device will renew my ability to travel comfortably. Thankfully Imdidnt have to wait long to find out, I order it on the Friday before Presidents' Day and it arrived early the following Tuesday morning, charged and in excellent condition. Once again, as a Nurse Practitioner, I know things can move at a very fast pace during medical treatment and appointments these days, it is nice to know there is still someone in the business willing to take a little extra time.
