    Very knowledgeable, Answered questions thoroughly. **** and **** were Customer advocates. I am praying that *** delivers all that was promised as I'm on a fixed income. I am dependent on oxygen and hoping this portable unit will help with the quality of my life. I will be able to be out and about more.

    I am sincerely disappointed in this company. They stated that the product has 100% warranty through their company and the manufacturers however after going through machines in less than two years, they denied to replace the second unit stating that the manufacturer will no longer warranty their work. Our unit is only producing 66% oxygen after 2 years of the second machine. Not to mention that their customer service rep **** didnt seem to really care how upset we were That neither of their company, *** or the manufacturer was going to replace another unit. Stating that there was damage internally. There was no damage on our part. We paid $4000 and in two years do not feel like we got our moneys worth at all!Look onto other manufacturers and definitely another company besides LPL!

    Davids customer service was phenomenal. My mother is being discharged from the hospital, and after my online request was completed, he contacted me right away. He was knowledgeable and kind and listened to our needs. ***** was able to provide a quality, lightweight, portable concentrator at a fantastic price . We are so grateful for his service, and will choose LPT in future!
