1 starI'd give them less than the one star if possible. Our hot water heater failed and we called them and they were able to get to us quickly the evening of October 2, 2024.I was not here but my husband was . When all was said and done, they left us an estimate of $19,075.68 ($15,242.87 in parts *** $3832.81 in labor). They are the biggest ripoffs ever as we have now had other estimates from reputable companies for less than $4000 including parts and labor. I believe they pick the most expensive product with the most time intensive labor and then jack the price up from there. Needless, to say, we did not go with these guys and are having our new hot water heater installed tomorrow morning. Customers should always remember to get other estimates and check reviews and BBB ratings. I only regret that we had to pay the $29 service call charge!Review fromJames K

**** is a thorough and technically competent craftsman. He tracked down a tricky and well hidden electrical issue that was tripping a breaker in my main fuse box.
