We had an issue with our heating system and called Applewood. It turned out to be a thorny problem, but after several hours, ***** was able to diagnose it. Unfortunately, it was Christmas time at the end of a tough year, and i couldnt authorize the work at that time, ** was understanding and gracious, even though he had spent hours diagnosing the problem. He even suggested some workarounds I could try in order to make it through the winter. He demonstrated uncommon warmth and professionalism. Finally,, I called Applewood and requested ** to return to do the job. He came back with that same wonderful spirit, fixed the problem, and we now have heat. That was today nine months after his initial service call. We are now loyal Applewood customers and huge fans of ***** ****.Applewood Plumbing Heating & Electric

We had Applewood Plumbing and Electric out yesterday (Sunday) to replace a water heater that broke down on Saturday (always happens on a weekend), the technician who was very nice gave us a quote of $6300 we declined service because we had just had our water heater replaced in **, it wasn't that much. I called around was recommended by two people to call a certain company and we did, after a few pictures the owner gave us a quote which was almost 3X's cheaper than what Applewood wanted to charge us at $2100 for the same product. Please do your due diligence and shop around not only in company but reputation as many people told us Applewood is overpriced by a long shot, they may be a good company with instillation, but they are a one and done due to the price gouging. . .Applewood Plumbing Heating & Electric

We agree, a customer should always perform their due diligence prior to authorizing work from any vendor, to ensure they are the company that works best for you and your family. I see we provided you an estimate for a 50-gallon water heater installation with a 10 year, 100 % parts and labor warranty, ensuring if there were any issues with the water heater during that time, there would be no additional, surprise, out of pocket expenses for you. We realize there are cheaper companies in town, but we do not strive to be the cheapest, we do strive to provide the best quality work and service as well as some of the best possible warranties for our customers. I apologize this estimate was beyond your expectations, but we appreciate your feedback, nonetheless. If we can ever assist you in the future, please don't hesitate to contact our office to get scheduled.

******* from Applewood Plumbing did a fantastic job he serviced my water heater attended to a couple warranty issues and then fixed a hose bib that was busted and did it all in a timely manner.
