  We had a great experience renting out our home with Nomad. **** W was our implementation specialist and was extremely kind and knowledgeablehe guided us through every step of the process with patience and professionalism. From our initial onboarding call to listing the property and getting everything ready for tenants, **** made us feel confident and supported the entire way. He was always quick to respond to our questions, offered helpful suggestions, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable throughout the transition. Thanks to **** and the Nomad team, what could have been a stressful process turned out to be smooth, efficient, and even enjoyable. Were grateful for the exceptional service and would highly recommend Nomad to anyone considering renting out their home.

  Im so glad I chose Nomad to list my rental property! The entire process was smooth and stress-free. **** and his team stayed in constant contact, answered every question, and followed through on all their promises. The listing went live Monday night, by Tuesday morning I had multiple inquiries, and by Tuesday eveninga signed lease. The next week, the deposit and first months rent were in my account.I had tried listing the property myself with little success, but Nomad made the difference. They found a qualified tenant in under 24 hours and took the stress out of the entire experience. Highly recommend!

  I applied for a home rental stating I wanted to move 5/27/25. I was rushed into a lease for 5/13 then told 3 days before the move that it could be another week because inspection failed. I then had to pay my current landlord $300 to stay longer that was not refundable then was told i could move 5/14 so I was out of the 300$. When moving in there was a gas leak for 5 days behind an old stove even though it supposedly just went through inspection. 1 week later 5/22 i reported sewage back up in the basement where my child chose to stay in the home , it wasnt addressed until5/26. The plumber they sent had a jail mentality how he spoke to me like he didnt even want to come then turned out my hot water heater and they were to come the next day. When they were to come there the maintenance manager refused saying there was lightning outside meanwhile rain was pouring into the basement and still without hot water still refused. They said theyd come 5/28 someone called me I answered no one said anything, i texted them as I had been communicating prior saying I answered and was anyone coming? No response, I was going to call spire but they were closed and I have been without hot water and my child had to go to another family members home. 6/30 I texted again because they will not answer and the night on call person is rude and inconsiderate. This has been the worse half month and guess what rent is due again Ill be as swift paying them as they were to fix the issues in the home that still arent resolved I have missed 2 half days of work dealing with these ppl because it was noticeable that the maintenance manager had looked in my bedroom when he came in to fix the gas leak so I do not trust them here alone.

  We used Nomad to try and rent out our home, and it was one of the most frustrating, disorganized experiences weve ever had. Communication was terribleSorry for the delay might as well be their ********* main contact was **** *., and his supervisor ****** was just as unhelpful. They missed multiple emails, failed to follow up, and overall made things harder instead of ********* took four days just to update our listing price, causing us to miss a prime weekend window. Their syndication software is extremely slow to update across platforms, and their dashboard offers almost no useful information. Despite feeling overly automated, they lacked basic systems like notifying us of showings.After signing paperwork, I was told I had been placed in a new programsomething that was never disclosed beforehand. I trusted them, and they completely let me down.We had only two showings, and both renters said they had no idea how to apply. The agents Nomad partnered with were rude and unprofessional, and didnt follow basic instructions like contacting us before entering the home.When I tried to cancel, they ignored my support ticket (the method they require), dragged their feet for five days, and claimed they never got my text. It was ************* top it off, Nomad brought no value to the table. I didnt get any leads that I wouldnt have gotten on my own by simply listing on Zillow. The whole experience felt like it was being run by a few college kids in a basement.I will never use Nomad again and strongly recommend you look elsewhere if you care about your propertyor your sanity.

  Nomad helped me find a tenant with only 3 days on the market! Incredible! I worked with **** W as my Nomad coordinator and he was very responsive! He also gave me great advice on how to tweak my listing and the most optimal timing for the listing to go live.

  We used Nomad (**** W) to help us rent out our condo. This entire process was seamless and extremely transparent. They were knowledgeable and extremely supportive throughout the entire journey which only took 13 days!
