I have a rental at ************************************************************************** that Evernest managed. 1) I had a custom door built for $1800that was not properly installed that would only open *************************************************************************************** It was poor workmanship but the Evernest property manager didn't let me know until the tenant tracked me down with multiple issues sever months later. 2) I was charged for a sprinkler blowout on a system that was not operational for 10 years. 3) I was charged for trips to paint an exterior item required by the hoa when temperatures were below freezing, my tenant sent the contractor home and told them before they set the appointment that it was too cold to paint. I was billed for work that didn't happen. *************************** at ******** said they would refund me for the paint (I hired an outside company) and the door. No refund ever happened.

I see this complaint is for Evernest, not Real Property Management Colorado.

I placed a application rental application on 8/31/2022. I was told I was the 1st person to apply and that the property manager would get back to me. I was never contacted on informed and had to call ColoradoRPM several times. I talked to them on Friday 9/2 and was advised they would get back to me. The following week. I spoke with ***************************** the property manager. I never heard back at all with my application still in a pending status. Me and my son paid $36 each for a application fee. So these people basically take my application, and cause me to wait never contacting me. The customer service is horrible and I feel like they discriminate against people of color. Can I prove this? No but the fact that I was told I was the 1st applicant and then told today 9/9 that they already signed a lease with an applicant and the person is moving in on 9/28. When the place is ready to rent now. I would never trust these people and I want my money back for them never contacting me about the property or approval or denial.

We are very sorry to hear what *************** is reporting.  Unfortunately, Colorado RPM is a different company.  We are Real Property Management Colorado and we don't have a ***** that works for us.

The *** Property Management Company for the ******************, located in ******, **, does not take care of the property. It has been at least one year since I started telling them about the trash dumpsters. There is trash inside the trash enclosure, NOT in the dumpsters. I pay a monthly *** fee of $300.00 and they do not keep the property clean!! Fences are broken and trash everywhere. The cement parking spot blockers are all broken. I have contacted the *** for a long time now with nothing getting done.
