      Do not do business with this company. They are rude incompetent people. They will not speak to you unless there is cash involved for them. I was told renting a carpet cleaner was unacceptable and carpets needed the done by a professional company. The carpet was 30 years old and needed to be replaced but they charged me $48.00 for carpet cleaning supplies. Guess they are also professional carpet cleaners as well. So glad my time with them was limited.

      I would like to say how much I appreciate ******* in maintenance. He was very helpful in making sure that what we needed done got taken care of in a good timely manner. Also a very kind, knowledgeable and considerate person.

      I am a property owner and have Real Property Management manage one of my rentals in ******. Never used a management company before. They did a great job on getting it rented. Very professional in all ways except one: Their maintenance management department is terrible. And I mean terrible. They charged me $598 on a so called furnace repair. My tenant said they spent no more than 20 minutes on installing a $65 thermostat. They said they spent 3 hours. And I did not authorize this repair because I put in a new furnace within 2 days and coordinated everything with the tenant. Even the tenant cant believe what they charged. Something is amiss with their maintenance people. In conclusion: I would recommend this company. They will help you set a price and show you comparable rentals and pricing. They will let you know what needs to be done to your rental to make sure you get top dollar. They will show the place and qualify the tenants. They will get you a long term agreement. They do all this for a fair price. But stay away from agreeing to any type of maintenance agreement if you can. The maintenance department will get into your wallet big time.

      ******************* is a stand up guy who goes above and beyond. He always does what is fair and right for his tenants. From day one he was accommodating, helpful, informative, and very detail oriented. At each step he was present and prompt to respond. He helped any way he could to communicate with the owner, who could at times be difficult to get a hold of for me, and was absolutely professional in every way. I am so thankful to have had him as my first property manager. He was easy to deal with, and treated me with kindness and respect at all instances. I would happily buy or rent from him again! Thank you *** for your utmost professionalism at every turn. Youre the best!

      I would give 0 stars if possible. I don't often post negative reviews, but feels like my responsibility to let others know so they can AVOID RPM at all costs - they do not care about their residents, doing what's right, or maintaining their units. They only care about how much money they can make off of you. Overall, it was easily the worst rental experience of my life and I work in the property management industry so know how things should operate. Home was not properly maintained thus leading to one major issue after another from the time we moved in (heat didn't function, AC went out, leak in kitchen sink, leak in bathroom that required a full gut and didn't have our home restored for over 3 weeks in addition to poor communication and no customer service. We had to fight to get any compensation despite the home not being habitable. Start to finish, one of the worst times in my life living here and dealing with everything we had to and all could have been avoided had they just done their JOB.

      Listen to me: RUN - do not walk - AWAY from these scam artists. Save your sanity - there are literally dozens of better options out there to consider. Their leasing office, in particular, is incredibly unreliable, unprofessional and unresponsive. It often takes several days to weeks to hear back from them. Calls go unanswered and no one responds to voicemails...unless of course they have figured out a way to get more money from you, in which case you will receive a call from them immediately.They are disorganized and make frequent errors - we had to correct them three separate times on our lease end date, despite providing clear and ample notice. They also incorrectly froze our lease (we autopay from our bank account, ensuring we are on time every month), resulting in us needing to submit a separate check. They prematurely conducted a move-out evaluation and then forbade us to re-enter the property, despite that our sublease explicitly stated that we (current renters on the lease) were responsible for all property maintenance until a new sub-letter is signed. They had the audacity to try and charge us thousands of dollars out of our deposit, claiming that we had left behind things they needed to remove (literally lawn care and cleaning items for aforementioned property maintenance, which we did remove immediately, once they finally allowed us back into the property). They also tried to charge us over $100 for a "missing" garage remote they never gave us.I'm not typically one for negative reviews, but I am hopeful that this will prevent someone else from having the terrible experience that my family did during our time with Real Property Management. Months later, we are still trying to get back the portion of deposit money they owe us and I am counting the days until I no longer have to interact with this company. Save yourself the trouble and do not do business with them.

      This company is by far the worst Property Management company I've dealt with. From the beginning it's been a challenge. Pics of listings are horrid and unclear - do not represent the units. Process for applications is poor, all tenants have complained it took months to get through the process. Maintenance is now the worst of it. We have a contract to approval all maintenance and each month we continue to get charged for items which were not approved. A clear violation of the contract. You can not get a hold of one person. Each time you call you get a new rep who has no idea what other commitments have been made. They conflict each other in resolution and I've even called the *** who only admitted they are not set up organizationally and has not taken time to follow up on continued issues to ensure they are resolved. Would not recommend this company. I've lost thousands on rents due to their lack of organization.

      This company is run by people who are unwilling to take accountability for their mistakes and with doing anything to keep a security deposit. The level of unprofessionalism within their office and the "processes" they allege are there to make sure everyone is taken care of is an absolute joke. Our time renting with them for the year was by far the most bizarre. Doing what can only be described as the bare minimum, or "This means I won't get sued". After repeated attempts to get a sink that was rusting apart repaired, I gave up as they lack any and all follow through and when I asked about it was told I have to keep messaging them and "reminding" them of the issue.We decided to move for an unrelated issue, we spent hours cleaning, filling nail holes, and painting over them, with a color-matched paint color so it was as if we never put holes in the whales, trying to leave the place the same or better than we got it in. They waited to the absolute last moment to return our security deposit. When they finally did we had $150 cleaning fee with no reason listed and a line item for "Beyond normal wear and tear", that stated we left items in the unit. After calling them to find out what we left, they seemed very unwilling to release the information wanting me to final a "formal" security deposit complaint. After some prodding I found out it was items they had in the unit prior to us moving it, I sent them email after email with photos of those items in the unit when we moved. They still insisted on us doing a "formal" complaint, so I did. After almost a month they send a one-sentence message, stating they were correct in their withholdings and would not be issuing us a refund. This company is someone to stay away from both their ****** and Bolder offices. I absolutely cannot say enough about how unprofessional they truly are.
