    We purchased all of our equipment from this company when we opened our bakery 7 months ago and I can tell you NONE of it works properly! We have called when things are broken and tried speaking to people and gotten the run around for months! Then they come and tell it it is all fixed and a month later it is broken again. Our ovens don't temp properly, our proofer if breaking and our fridge leaks non stop. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT work with this company! I wish someone had warned us! They DO NOT stand by their product and DO NOT take custom service as a priority. I wish I could give them Zero stars! RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!
