      In May of 2024 a sales representative from Premier Roofing *************) solicited my Mom to inspect her roof for hail damage. Sales representative then collected the ******* deductible and said that Premier Roofing would work with the insurance company to get the full roof covered. Its now almost August the roof has not been done and Premier Roofing still has the ******* as they did cash the check my mom gave them. I have been told by a Supervisor with premier roofing ***************** that an estimate would be done ASAP so that the roof could get started and have heard nothing back. At this point I really dont think this company is real and that this was a Con . Please help me to get my Moms ******* back so that she can find a real roofing company to replace her roof. Thank you.

      Premier left well over 100 nails scattered throughout my yard, on my trampoline, and patio. I have 3 small children and this is completely unacceptable. They also broke my pool storage container attempting to move it when there was absolutely no need to move it as it is under a pergola and that area of the patio cannot provide access to the roof. While outside checking out the new roof, a large piece of sheet metal from the old roof that wasnt cleaned up blew off my roof and landed only a few feet from me. Premier also removed my satellite (as instructed to), but left the cable snipped and hanging from my house and into my yard. I spent hours of my time cleaning up after them to make sure my yard is safe again for my children. They have very poor communication and are very difficult to get ahold of. Once I finally got ahold of someone, I explained to them the issues I was having. After they tried placing blame on myself, arguing every issue I had, and say finding a few nails is normal, I had to keep reiterating that I had found well over 100 nails. They agreed this is unacceptable. They sent someone back out to scan my yard and collect more nails. Even after this, I am still finding nails by the handful as if they didnt even actually try to clean. My issues were escalated to a general manager who had me send him my photos I have collected. He stressed to me not to worry, they will get every nail and compensate me for my time and broken property. They never came back. They sent me the bill for the full amount with no compensation. Months have gone by at this point. I finally got ahold of my rep and explained to him what the gm had said about compensating me. After another week or two of me trying to contact him because I havent heard back, he came back with we can knock off $120 for your troubles. This comes out to about a 1.1% discount and doesnt even cover the broken storage container, let alone the 5+ hours I spent cleaning up after them.

      Premier replaced our roof iNovember 2023.In early 2024, February or so, we noticed water damage around the skylight in our primary bathroom upstairs. We called Premier to check for where the water was coming from. On one visit, I think by *****, we were told that the skylight was not installed correctly. When the repair team came to address the skylight problem, an additional problem was noticed with a roof stack above the skylight and that was causing water damage to the roof and our bathroom ceiling. The skylight and roof stack issues were corrected under warranty.In early 2024, April, we noticed our front gutter guards were not attached to the gutters and we found four gutter guard brackets sitting on a second story window ledge. We had Leaf Filter come and repair the gutter guards. This cost $650. There was no reason we could see to explain why the brackets had been removed except that they were removed during the roof replacement. Premier did ultimately reimburse us for the repair of our front gutter guards.We thought that was the end of our roof problems until May 2024.In May ****************************************** the back of the house, was dripping water. It was sagging and not draining water. It continued to pull away from the house and the sagging became more pronounced plus it also began to pull the fascia board; the soffits were also sagging and being pulled down by the weight of the water. .I On June 1,2024 we had a second roofing company inspect our gutter and roof problems.Roofer ***** noticed multiple problems with the roof installation. The gutter was not attached to the house correctly, shingles were thin and of poor quality, water barrier was not installed correctly, flashing also not installed correctly in multiple areas, decking that was damaged due to water had not been replaced. The roof was soft and squishy to walk upon in multiple areas and the roof had a wavy look to it due to the bad decking.l

      My complaint results from a billing discrepancy between Premier Roofing and myself. My salesman, *************************** of Premier Roofing, has all the documentation, including the summary of all insurance payments. My deductible was paid in the first payment. The total amount, due under threat of lien is $6,673.35. I owe Premier Roofing $5,406.45 based on my records. I do not owe Premier Roofing an additional $1,266.90. I do not believe it's appropriate to pay the $5406.45 until my account is corrected.Please have someone perform an audit on my account, along with the payments I've received from Nationwide, as I've already been told by ***** that someone in accounting spoke to Nationwide, and said Nationwide was sending another payment. I emailed my adjuster at ********** today, and she said there was no additional money being sent and that my claim was closed.I can provide most communication via email and text with ***** after I asked him to send everything in email or text, in the unlikely event we need litigation to resolve this situation.As stated earlier, ***** has copies of all pertinent information as it relates to my case. If you require further documentation that your salesperson doesn't have, please let me know. I've already spent many hours going back and forth with him and I'd greatly appreciate a quick and timely resolution. Job Number: *******

      In August 2023, I hired Premier roofing to do a roofing/Garage Door project from hail damage, which was covered by the insurance company. I met with my representative who I had used in the past and was very happy with their work The work finally took place in September 2023 however, there was an issue getting the garage door work done along with an issue of payment given and overage that was not received. I made numerous calls to the company which were never returned. I sent an email to the branch manager, which was never returned. I constantly was in contact with my representative who would say that he was following up and never would get back to me until I reached out a week or two later asking for follow up. It was a vicious cycle of, I will follow up and get back to you, which he never did. I finally asked for the information for the garage door replacement and spoke with the company who informed me they had not been in contact with Premier roofing for four months as far as the overage that I was owed by premier, I had to constantly follow up and request that I received payment I was told it could take up to four weeks when in fact, it took 2 1/2 months to ever get it and I dont think I ever would if I hadnt hounded the representative so much to get the money back . I referred this company to other people and never got paid for the referral which is supposedly one of their perks that which I can overlook if the work quality is good however, aside from the roof getting done they have done absolutely no follow up and as I mentioned and refused to return phone calls. As hail season is upon us again. I highly recommend that if you are contacted by Premier roofing use your best judgment and if you have a lot of free time on your hands to do a lot of follow *** this is a great company however, if you want the work done and not have to deal with it for almost an entire year I suggest going with someone else

      Premier Roofing installed a new roof for us in October 2023. We had shingles blow off the roof in May 2024 and my calls to three different numbers at Premier Roofing went immediately to voicemail. No one is answering the voicemails or our texts. Is there a problem with this business?

      We had Premier Roofing Company canvas our neighborhood in November and decided to use them. In December they were unloading suppliers on the roof and their machine punctured a small hole in the roof. We found out that night when it rained. It ruined the ceiling in one of the bedrooms. They had a man come fix it 4 times. It was not done right and to find out from the company, the man was not a professional, but claimed to know how to do the fix. Fast forward to (March 9th) we were still dealing with them. Every time we would reach out to them, they made excuses. They also admitted fault to the damages.May 8th 2024 (yesterday) the ceiling starts caving in. We are dealing with them again. The company has stopped communicating with us after many call backs. Besides the BBB, we are also looking into legal counsel and filing with the Attorney Generals office.

      ***** rep came out conducting free estimate's in the area. I never contacted your company for any estimate. Conveniently the rep was out one day after storms. Your rep ********************** left a pamphlet on my door step. Even though I have a no soliciting on my door. Then while checking out others homes. ******************* his vehicle outside my home. Passenger side tires were placed in my grass. Leaving ruts from the weight of the vehicle. When I called ****** he just shrugged off my complaint about being parked in my grass. I have camera footage and pictures. Terrible company. I would never allow you to do any work on my residence. When your employees are so careless and disrespectful to others property.

      Last August of 2023 they replaced my roof, while taking off the old shingles the severely damaged my gutter covers that cost me about $4000. They also damaged some of my gutters and there are cracks in my ceiling that they told me they would repair. To date they replaced my gutter covers with an inferior cover and did with poor craftsmanship. They have told me they would get the original vendor to replace the covers if I would get an estimate, I did, and they have still not repaired the gutter covers. The estimate was for about $6,000 and they have done nothing. Now they are billing me and with interest. I have paid to date $13,546 but will not pay the rest until they finish the job which is close to a year now. They have done a bad job on my roof as well, there are nails and screws all over my yard, parts of the roof are sticking up. Very poor company.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      They continue to bill me and add interest for a job they have not completed.  They contacted me several weeks ago and have done nothing.  My roof still has issues, my gutters have not been fixed, this is coming up to a year.

      Very poor customer service when things go wrong.  But still want money, 

      Fix my gutters and gutter covers, fix the issues with my roof. fix the cracks in my ceiling.  Do what my insurance paid you to do.  Pay for the time I wasted on using this company.  Make it right!!

      In regard to Job #*******, Premier roofing representatives visited our doorstep twice after a hailstorm in August 2023 attempting to sell us roofing services. We eventually agreed, and we were asked to make a down payment prior to work completion by Rep. **************************** We wrote a $1,000 check. We also specified that we did not want high-grade shingles put on. Roof replacement occurred around November 2023. On the day of replacement, I discovered the workers had also torn off our shed roof and contacted ******************. He confirmed that the shed roof replacement was not in the contract and offered to provide it without charge. We paid the first billed amount in December. Around February, we received additional billing and I was told by ***************************** that Grade 4 shingles had been put on our roof and that work had been done without our authorization. I believe the company is billing us for the roof work including a) the shed we didn't authorize and b) the shingle grade we said we did not want. After multiple conversations with ****, I told him we would be willing to pay for the higher-grade shingles but felt it was fair to follow-up on ******'s offer and not cover the unauthorized shed roof. I thus wrote a check for $14,761.79 after **** sent me a text stating: "Go ahead and write a check for the total balance minus the 690 for now." I have heard nothing since until I suddenly open an invoice today for $690.69. Neither ****** nor **** will answer their phones. I am demanding a) that I not be charged for a shed roof we did not contract for and b) that charges for the same be dropped immediately with a major apology. This company is aggressive and unethical.
