      We were approached by a door to door sales rep. ** was determined that we had hail damage. The crew came to do the job and did absolutely nothing to contain the old roofing materials and nails. The job was to include new gutters and downspouts. The crew broke a portion of our wood facia on the garage and they didn't replace it correctly. They didn't clean up the yard at all. I picked up over a 100 roofing nails from our driveway! No work whatsoever done on gutters and downspouts. Front yard still has plywood and roofing materials sitting here two weeks later. No return calls. Crickets. My wires on the roof intended for avoiding ice dams were/are just thrown on the roof haphazardly. I was told not to worry the guys would take care of it. Upon arriving home and finding the driveway scattered with nails I realized that the just threw the wires on the roof. They have not received any payment from us and will not receive a ***** until the issue has been resolved. Absolutely the worst company I have ever had a encounter with. I am in contact with my lawyer!

      In September 2022 premier roofing put a new roof on our house. Workers could not speak English and no way to communicate with them. The project manager was only on the job very little. Workers took down the satellite dish without marking where it was located. Had to ask them 3 times to put it back up. Put it up in the wrong place and with only 2 screws. Had to have the satellite company come and fix their work. Rained this week and roof leaked. They did come and hopefully fix it but now my carpet is strained before the holidays. Would not recommend them.

      In July 2022, Premier Roofing looked at our roof which was having problems after a couple of storms; it was determined there was hail damage, and the process was started to make a claim with insurance company. in September, the roof was replaced- that day is where problems began. the crew replacing the crew did not speak English and were not able to understand us- The people from Premier Roofing told us that they would be there that day to help with any problems but did not come. They have been paid ********* from the insurance company and our deductible; what is left is ******** which represents the cost of a total redeck of ******** and some monies from insurance checks. After the work was done, we were going through the financial figures and paperwork, and had questions before paying the final balance. 1. The paperwork does not include a warranty form, even though the reps keep saying the work is totally under warranty; the only warranty we have is a little info on their brochure which we don't believe is legally binding. 2. And we want an itemized bill for the redeck, including the receipt for the wood. I know there was some wood, but don't believe there was a full redeck brought to our house. Upon questioning about the warranty, the representative *********************** said he would check into it- we had to call back a week later, he was still checking he said, and said he would be out to our house Oct 26th with the warranty info and to pick up the check, No call, no show. So we called, he said he would come by on the 27th of Oct. Once again, no show; so we called again- he said ***************** sales manager would be by between 2 and 4 on the 28th of Oct. for sure, and would "explain" the warranty, and pick up the final check, Once again, no call, no show. We are thinking there is a problem here, and we may have been dealing with an unscrupulous company. that we may not have a warranty, and that we were charged for wood not used. We would appreciate help.

      August 2022 hailstorm damage to house causing the need to replace the roof. I was told that the company would work with State Farm and I would only need to pay my deductable. Company sent a copy of their bill with my signature electronically copied onto the document in several places where I never signed. They never provided a copy of the original document that was signed. They actually RAISED the estimate $4,000 over the amount that was previously quoted and included costs such a expecting payment for full time supervision of the roofing crew. There was not a supervisor present as well as this is not an acceptable charge as that is just a cost of business, not a billing item. The insurance company, State Farm, is rejecting their final estimate and providing an estimate of approximately $10,000 less than their final submitted estimate. Work was unacceptable and damage caused to my property that they have not repaired. A second roofing company is coming over to give an estimate for the cost of repair of all damage and incorrect installations.

      We had zero communication regarding our roof installation, we only knew it was coming because material appeared in our driveway. Day of installation there was 4 workers, but only 3 actually appeared to be working. Temperatures that day were in excess of 95 degrees. We had damaged landscaping by time we arrived home from work, construction material surrounding our property, including any entrance/exit. Because there was no communication about ANYTHING, we were unable to get our dogs out of the home. We made a phone call and some women came by and made a small attempt to clear a path. They were working on the roof past 10pm at which point our neighbor was fed up. After job was completed we attempted to address damage, moral, and ethical issues, but sales rep who sold us on company QUIT and sited their poor communication. First time we hear from anyone after multiple attempts from us, its to get payment, not to address any issues. Have yet to get owner or someone other then sales person on phone. Should not be an accredited company based on my experience.

      They were supposed to replace decking on my roof. There is a very obvious low spot and the manager and sales guy said it would be replaced but it wasn't done and they are very hard to get a hold of. When I finally did get a call they said it wasn't that soft on the roof. They are making good money from my insurance and I'm not accepting this explanation they had the plywood here to replace it and all the sheets that were delivered were still on the driveway when they were done. They were also getting money to replace my gutters and gutter guards and downspouts and flashing around my chimney and nothing was done.

      On 7/29/2022, a field representative for Premier Roofing knocked on my door offering a free inspection of my roof for potential hail damage from a storm several weeks prior. I was very busy and trying to get out of town but allowed him to perform the inspection as he said it would be quick and then he offered to assist me with filing the claim with my homeowners insurance company. While on the phone with the insurance company, he slid an "Inspection Report" document in front of me and asked me to sign explaining that it in no way obligated me to work with his company, it was only to state that the inspection had been performed and that they could help me with submitting my insurance claim. He stated multiple times that I was not obligated to them. He also unloaded a lot of information about the process and made it sound really overwhelming and I was getting nervous; he also explained that they would be collecting payment before the work began which also seemed odd. So on 07/31/2022, I returned home and began researching the company and read the document and found that it did in fact state that I was obligated to go with the company if my insurance claim was approved but noted that I had 72 hours to provide a cancellation notice. First thing Monday, August 1, 2022 (within the 72 hour timeframe) I mailed the cancellation notice in strictly because I had been lied to. On 08/04/2022 I received a call from the field rep that I did not answer because I assumed it was because they had received my cancellation notice and were going to try to talk me out of it. I emailed him later in the evening and explained that I would be going with a different company but was trying to keep things pleasant. He responded and told me that I was obligated to go with them and that I needed to call him. I responded via email again and reminded him that he had told me multiple times that I was not obligated to go with them and that the cancellation notice had been sent in.

      On 6 13 Premier came to replace our roof. The crew did not tie off, one almost fell off the roof. They did a poor install job. The drip edge is installed differently all around the house, some have cuts, some are just wrapped. ***************************** has come out and viewed the roof telling us it is fine and nothing wrong with the install. The shingles hang over the drip edge by over 1.5 inches, foot fall through out, they damaged our fascia, improper sealant used, wall flashing not installed properly, turtle decking repair not done with inserts but the crew used cut wood too small for the holes, starter strip not installed properly. *****, when we pointed out the holes with light and our ability to put our fingers through the holes in the attic told us that is from the vents, but that is not the case. We had the roof inspected and sent the report. Premiers response was we want the roof to look nicer. We want a sound roof. They have caused ******** in damage to our house outside of the roof for the gutters, fascia, and landscaping. They state they want to credit our account for the landscaping. We want them to pay for the damage we will now have to repair. We do not want to have a credit, as we believe, it is improper for our insurance money to be used for their damage. We have asked the company to escalate this to someone above ***** as he does not see any problems with the install or work the team has done. As anyone can see from the photos this is not something anyone would want and the sealant used is not proper for roofs or around the chimney. We have spoken with ************************* from ** who tells us he will send us our money for the damage to our property next week. Each week it is next week. ****** has stated he will send us documentation stating they will relese us from any financial resposibility due to the roof needing to be redone. Our roof leaks, and was not installed up to the standard of rhte GAF shingles used.

      Good Morning.
       
      I received the response from Premier Roofing stating they were working with me to resolve the complaint. I attempted to respond with they are not working with us at all. We have requested the documents of release and the info on payment for the damage they caused be sent to us. They will not respond to calls or emails.
       
      I was unable to type in the box and had no working area so the response just says I reject their comments.

      I am rejecting this response because:The company has not returned our calls or text messages. How are they working with us? See attached timeline of events/discussions.

      We have a leaky roof, ruined gutters and fascia as well as demolished landscaping.

      ***************************** is now stating we have not sent the quotes, we have and the timeline shows both his and ******************************** receipt. ***** states he called company's and said the quote to repair is not what we were given to use by the company but fails to show written prof of that. He is making things up without support. I called the company to see if we could get this resolved, no one will release any contact info for leadership or who can help. It is after this call that ***** decided to send a retaliatory email with made-up numbers and accusations.

      The company has ruined our home. We have water in the attic that if let to go any longer will be water damage and cost more money to fix. The longer this takes the more damage our home will sustain. 

      ***** has stated to have a GAF representative come inspect their work, we said send one now, he ignored that. 

      According to our quote Premier stated, as shown in the attachment, the chimney will have step flashing with a larger flashing installed. ***** when shown the work stated nothing was wrong with the chimney or the work and he would not fix the flashing. 

      We want this to be done and put behind us so we can get a roofing company to come replace our roof. We have lost days of work and nights of sleep due to this. We want our home put back to its original shape and our lives back. We are experiencing significant rainfall in IL/MO, as seen on the national news, imagine how this looks in an attic due to a leaky roof. 

      We want someone from leadership to reach out to us to resolve this. We want leadership to tell us how they would want this resolved if this happened to them. I hope they are comfortable in their homes and safe from water damage/leaky roof.

They owe us $9.1K and nothing. ****** and ***** should not be in any leadership positions in any organizations, and lack the communications skills to handle situations. The company has ruined my home and have caused us to suffer due to their negligence. 

      Again, I am requesting an individual in a leadership position to call me, talk to me and tell me how the work their company did is correct. How is it ***** can say our roof is fine, it leaks, has holes, and is structurally unsound.

      Hello.
       
      I do not accept the response as they have not had anyone in leadership contact us. Their responses of "working with the homeowner" is lacking substance. They made us respond to their demands and essentially called us liars, yet are not offering us the same. The resolution of leadership contacting us never occurred. ***** stated he spoke to a person in a management position regarding our leaf filter gutter covers, yet when asked to provide the name he never did. He stated the covers only cost $300.00 but he will give us $400.00. That does not sound like something a business would do and lacked documentation. They stated the check would be cut and mailed 19 Aug 2022. It was not. ****** would not return or answer calls or send us updates. ***************** told us the company had to make it look like we were a vendor. That seems like that goes against the accounting principles and rules of operating a business.
       
      We are still waiting for leadership to contact us to discuss as we would like to know how they feel this job went and if this is in line with their policies and procedures as well a quality of work. I think it is reasonable for someone to contact us after all the trouble their company had put us through.

      I am rejecting this response because:The company has not apologized to us for anything. ***** has called us liars, told us we have not sent them invoices/receipts for damage, belittled us, and lied. *********************** has ignored our requests to speak to his upper management. Premier Roofing has ruined our home, made our life miserable all because we wanted a roof that doesnt leak and is structurally sound.


      Again, we are wanting someone from higher up in Premier to contact us. We feel that is only fair with all they have put us through. To repeatably state they are working with the homeowner is a lie and someone in the company needs to know what this division is doing here in our state. And I think we are now owed the apology they have said they gave us. Have the owner of the company send it in writing if they fell they are unable to have a conversation with a customer their ********************** has caused damage.
