      We had our roof replaced due to hail damage. Once completed, a punch list was created and the crew came out and fixed most of the items. There is still 1 item that hasn't been fixed and we have contacted them several times. They are telling us that it is cosmetic and will get to it sometime. We have received the runaround and want this issue fixed. I have the text showing that they agree that it is incorrect but aren't doing anything about it. This has been going on for over a month and just want it completed and completed correctly. Also, we referred my mother in law to them and are supposed to get a $250.00 referral bonus once hers was completed. They received a text from Premier that it had been filed with insurance and paid. They are saying it hasn't been completed yet. We want to get our referral bonus as promised as well.

      While a representative came out that day, the repairs have yet to be done. They were supposed to be done yesterday, but have been put off until sometime next week. No day given. Also no one has addressed the referral bonus we are due from referring my Mother in Law. Her house has been completed and closed out

      I have my roof replaced by Premier Roofing in November, 2016. When the work was done, I was provided with a 10-year Limited Warranty. In the recent months, I noticed a leak through one of my skylight and some interior water damage (drywall crack, water ***** in the vicinity of the leak. I called up my insurance company, and it sent out an adjuster to inspect for the root cause. The adjuster discovered that the roofing workmanship around the said skylight was defective, leaving a gap in which water in a heavy rain may enter the ceiling. Another roofing professional was also noticed the same thing.I tried to reach out to Premier Roofing at ************** literally a dozen times and always got the voice mail system. My voice messages have never got a reply. I called the Premier Roofing representative at ************** and got someone named **************** declared himself as a field manager. He told me to send him the pictures of the damage, and he would get back to me in the next business day. He has not called back. I called **** again, and my calls were again forwarded to his voice mail until one day it said the voice mailbox was full.All I need is to have Premier Roofing to honor the warranty and fix the issue which it is responsible for. But it has seemed to me that the company is not responsive to customer calls or trying to evade the responsibility.

      I was told by ************************* to get an estimate so I contacted H32373734**303237**36H Roofing. He said he could help me fill out the claim. ******* that came by did not respond to my phone calls. H32373734**303237**36H Roofing said they would use the best materials and turned out that it was a regular H3430**38303637383833H crew. I had 2 wind turbines and they didn&#**;t fix it right. They repaired it quickly. H32373734**303237**36H Roofing made claims against *************************. I still don&#**;t have the guttering up. They said I still owed on the roof. I paid them from the checks from *************************. They are trying to get as much money as they can from me. I want them to get the gutters done.

      Leaking roof after premier replaced. Never leaked since **** and a few previous roofs until premier replaced. Its taken over a year and still havent corrected their substandard work. I would not recommend

      Hello,I have requested the roofing company for inspection and to provide the quote for roof replacement. The company executive(************************************************** and his team inspected several times 3+ times and put a ladder on the garage roof to go on the Main roof. It has broken shingles and several shingles came out/flew in the wind. Now the water leaks now.As per our initial conversation, the sales executive told we will work on this and have been asking for detailed quotes then he is not providing any quote and keep on saying you need to work with us only. Without a detailed quote how we can agree with him and it been more than 3 weeks i didn't receive a quote.Now several shingles have come out and it has started leaking. Please help with the same

       Hi, I am looking for your help and raising a complaint against Premier Roofing company. As discussed with them and in the email attached(only_ded_oop.pdf), I am only responsible for the deductible and that is only my out-of-pocket expense. Premier Roofing company said that they would deal with the insurance company and they did. With the Roofing company and Insurance company negotiation approval amount has a non-recoverable deductible. I am not responsible for any non-recoverable amount from the day one conversation and email as well. Now they are asking me to pay Non-Recoverable as well which was not agreed upon and never committed. Even the roofing company did not share the invoice and the picture of work proof after work was done as well and shared 10 days back after 5 months. There are several items are still pending. In the email, they(the roofing company) agreed to change a piece of plywood on Premier roofing expense. - Attached email. which needs to be still done. There are 2 work items which I don't see the proof of whether it was replaced or not. R&R Chimney flashing - large- I didn't see any flashing was used whatever Sheathing - OSB - 1/2" - 2 sheets were delivered here and both were returned. The roofing company asked me to sign the completion certificate but that had only 10 items as per initial approval when they billed to insurance they billed for 19 items. So I was not aware and they did share the invoice after 4 months with 19 items. I have requested them to share the details for 2 work items/proof and change the plywood which they agreed to in the email. They can pick the Due amount of $1628.15 which was agreed. I have got several times threatened that he will file a Lien on my property when I asked for the details and requested to resolve the issue so please take it into consideration and resolve the issue.       Once complain was sent to them then they adjusted the bill and i have paid them as final settlement  as well but i have given them option that whatever he didn't do or unable to produce the proof, please send official communication that he will be fixing the issue on Premier roofing expense if it comes in last 10 year waiting for official communciation.

      I was expecting ******* be repaired after the recent storm. I'm almost 80 years old thus I can only rely on the BBB. If the BBB cannot find a solution, older people will continue to suffer without recourse. The roofing Company in question was to have started on ******* 2 months ago. Tje material arrived a month ago and no help whatsoever from Premier Roofing Company. The roofing material has been on ******* for over a month. I just do not understand business in America. Take the money and s**** the old people. No action from Premier, their owner should be ashamed to have a business with an a+ rating but specializes in ripping off the older generation. I have all the documentation and proof that I gave Premier $14,000 and now we will go in our third month

      First off, this company did not order enough material and they had to finish my roof two days later after the initial start date. I had to call my rep several times to figure out when they would come back and finish it. Why am I calling you constantly to complete a job that should only take a day. Then when they contractor came, he was very sloppy with the work as if he was ******* to get to another job.Next, the sale rep told me I would have no out of pocket. When they arrive to see how everything went, they inform me, I have to pay my $2500. Both my mother and I sat with them for over an hour and they said over and over I would not have to pay ANYTHING. Both sales reps came by several times to talk to us about the project and the quote was always the same until they finished. I am not satisfied with the roof because of the sloppiness of the glue on nails, the flashing, and red marks going down two sides, so I am definitely not paying over the initial quote.There is no way I would have gone with this company had I needed to pay that amount. There were several roofers that came by and gave us quotes. I have clearly been scammed and I do not feel I should pay extra.

      In the fall of 2019 I hired Premier Roofing of ***********, ** to replace my roof due to hail damage. Their representative asked me for referrals in exchange for cash incentives. I then personally introduced the representative to several individuals resulting in additional revenue to the company. At the time, the representative said he would handle the referral submission and I would get up to $500 for the referrals if they followed through and the job was completed. When I contacted Premier Roofing about the reward, they said they wouldn't honor it because I didn't personally put the referrals in online. They have since not responded to me. They delay was due to the completion of the referred roofs and the company not responding.

      This case has not been resolved.

      A representative from Premier Roofing Company contacted me and took some information. He then followed up and stated I was in fact eligible for $500 under their rewards program. He stated that he would issue me a check if I would close the BBB case, which I did that day.

      To this day I have not received the check nor heard anything further from the company.

      In 2016 we had our roof replaced by premier, the job was totally botched, the roof leaked, they put new sheeting on top of old rotted sheeting , and it is separating, causing bubbles all over the roof. Repeated efforts to fix the problems have failed. The repair people say that they have done all they can, but a complete stripping and replacement roof is all that will fix the problem, at this point I cannot even get premier to reply to my repeated calls. I need someone to intervene and at least come up with a plan to fix the ongoing problems. Thank you *********************.

      On 5/17/22 a door to door Premier rep said I had hail damage and wrote a claim. It was approved by my insurance company. On 8/5/22 I was told the roofers would arrive at 6am. They didnt show until 4pm after completing another job. The roofers were tired and didnt want to do a 2nd roof on a Friday night. They ran out of light & had to return the next morning. Before their arrival, I texted the ******* my contact at Premier w/ my concerns. The main one being they bent up my gutter guards instead of unscrewing & removing them. I wasnt home Saturday. When I arrived home on Sunday, the roof looked terrible! The bottom edge was wavy, the gutter guards lumpy.I texted D on 8/7/22 telling her I was upset with how the roof looked. Then again on 8/9/22. I stopped texting her, and reached out to her supervisor. He replied on 8/11/22 that he would stop by. He didnt. On 9/29/22 he texted that he saw my house, could we go over my concerns on Saturday, 10/1/22. He didnt show. I didnt hear from anyone again until 12/11/22 Saying I hadnt paid. I told D again about the issues, so her supervisor came on 12/12/22 in the dark, but agreed that there were issues. He said hed have a team over to take care of all of it. On 12/21/22 one worker showed and did very little. I told the him this, he said hed let production know. That was my last text from him.On 1/9/23, I got a Ring alert, a Premier worker was at my house. I heard him on the phone with a supervisor saying the drip **** was installed incorrectly and looked terrible. He thought fixing it would damage the gutters, I would need new drip ************** to fix the problem. I didnt hear from anyone at Premier since, until today, 2/14/23, when I received a bill. They have not fixed ANY of the ugliness! It still looks terrible! I am not sure what to do. It says the money is due. They still need to fix their s**** **** If I pay, there is no way anything will be done or fixed.Please help!
