      My boyfriend and I were getting gas and briefly parked near the ******************** on ****** (not in front of any marked zone) when one of their guards stormed up on us yelling that we were parked in the E-brake. I asked him what that even meant because I hadnt heard him clearly, and instead of answering me, he ignored me entirely and began questioning my boyfriend, asking how long we planned to be there.When my boyfriend said maybe five minutes, the guard rudely replied Ill give you two or three, and claimed we were blocking the car wash even though we clearly werent. My boyfriend calmly said he didnt think that was the case, and the guard escalated immediately, saying Just because of that, now you have to leave. Think Im joking? before speeding off and coming back moments later to block us in with his car.Yes, he physically blocked us in and started screaming at us to move immediately. He got out and approached our vehicle multiple times, which I have on video. Then he called the police on us.I went inside and spoke to another security guard from the same company, who confirmed we were not parked in any designated or restricted area. When I asked what was going on, he looked embarrassed and said the aggressive guard was his boss and there was nothing he could do.When I returned outside and tried to calmly ask the guard to clarify what area he claimed we were blocking, he REACHED FOR HIS GUN and yelled at me to stop approaching ****** no point were we aggressive, threatening, or refusing to comply. We were confused and trying to deescalate. This man is an untrained, unstable danger to the public. His behavior was completely unhinged and reckless. Weve filed a police report and will be pursuing criminal charges.This company should be ashamed of who theyre employing. Someone like this should never be in a position of authority, let alone carrying a weapon. Mall cop or not this man is a threat.
