      Disappointed. Been almost two weeks and still havent received my order. All it says is order placed.

      I love these shoes and boots! Extremely modern and attractive. I did my first on-line order and holy moly what a sketchy process. I'm surprised how expensive and widely sold these shoes are to have such an antiquated system in place. The "Shop" app comes across as a scam. Says its individually verified as secure, (okay, by whom?) But, required weird information to process my order. Freebirds emails and order information gives zero information when the order will ship, etc. Then to make matters worse, just to see what Shop does give you when you ***** them access, it said my order was delivered. Which after getting in touch with a live agent, my order hasn't even shipped. Lastly, reaching customer service is like trying to get through to DMV, which feels like you can't reach anyone and you've been duped. When you call the stores to get information, they don't have access to certain information and are required to call customer service. Not sure the shoe and the lack of technical issues will have be buying another pair at this price. Super disappointing.

      I bought the Mabels in black. They are more gray. My heals kept coming out of the shoe. So very annoying. I took them to a cobbler to put shoe laces all the way up to keep my heals in. So at least that's fixed now. Also, on the left shoe, the logo or whatever it is in the heal is sewed in lop-sided so I'm just dealing with it. Kind of annoying. I kept reading how comfortable they are right out of the **********, it's been almost 2 weeks and they are hard as a rock and so extremely uncomfortable. They really hurt my feet, but they look great so I'm going to keep suffering and hopefully they will soften up. I think I might try to get some inserts to at least soften the bottom of the shoe up. Or maybe some super thick socks. I don't know. Having a very hard time with these shoes, but they're very pretty.Freebird shoes I don't think are all they are hyped up to be. If you have skinny or bony feet, beware.

      For the love of GOD, make half sizes. The 11's are too small and the 12's are way to big. I would buy 5 of their boots if they just had my size.

      All of our shoes are made with 100% full-grain leather, so they may feel stiff at first. However, as you break them in they will stretch and soften. We have several store locations if you would like to visit us in person we would love the opportunity to help find the best boot that works for you.

      I saved and saved for my free bird shoes. Reading all the reviews I was extremely excited. First of all, I'm a true size 8 in shoe size. I am a true 7 with freebird, so they do run large, that's okay. I wore these shoes twice. The total insert of the heel came out for my left shoe! I sent them back. Let's see how they handle this. Thank God I kept my original box. I think they need to do some turnover in their quality control department.

      Been buying Freebirds for both my Fianc and myself for years! Always go to ******************* location and consistently get incredible customer service and professionalism from all who work there ********************* Truly great quality shoes that last! Wish every business was run like this one!

      Bought a lovely pair of boots in September, and by November the stitching of the sole was coming off. Living in *************, these boots hadn't been exposed to the elements, just regular walking on sidewalks. It took a long time for customer service to respond, and, when they did, instead of sending me a shipping label to repair the boots, I was given a 10% refund to get the boots resoled myself. This won't even cover half the cost of resoling the boots. When I communicated as much to the customer service person via email, all I got was an apology, and no explanation why they weren't holding up their warranty of repairs within the first 6 months. I will never buy this brand again and will advise others against doing so.

At this time our warranty and repair policy does not offer resole services. Since ********* are 100% full-grain leather, this is just what happens when a shoe is worn day after day. We offer free repairs on any sort of manufacturing defect, but our warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear as shown in the photos that were provided.       I have bought several pairs. The first pair came unstitched the first month. Took them in for repair and they shipped back broken. Then they gave me a new replacement pair. Then I bought this last batch of shoes including the baker boots. Beautiful but PAINFUL in the instep of the right foot- after 5 min wear. Funny that I have the same size in the Randy shoe with no issue bc no instep bot constraint. Anyways, I took them in to get stretched (took 3 weeks bc apparently too many customers complain and have to have their boots stretched). Upon picking them up coming off the press, they felt OK… waited a week and they shrunk back. I am not OK with wasting hundreds of dollars on usable shoes and neither should you. It is a big gamble and luxury brands like Freebird have an existential need to improve their QC practices. Wow! What a waste. The store will not resolve the issue bc I work them once. I filed a review on their website and Freebird does not publish reviews that are not in their favor. Freebird somehow removed the ability of customers to file an independent Google review, s similar situation with Facebook in which they block honest reviews.
