    I have reached out to this company on several occasions. I purchased boots through them and they did not come until 26 days later. I want to return but they will not email me back. Also they are not the color I ordered. Again, Ive reached out and no responses.

    I placed an order on December 13th for a pair of boots. The pair of boots I received was not the pair I ordered. I have reached out many times to resolve the issue with them and they only responded offering me $10 back, and then $18 back. This does not fix the problem. When I told them I wanted a shipping label to return the boots for a full refund they stopped responding at all.

    So bought a pair of steel toe work boots from this company back in Nov 26,2023 I havent received the items I contacted the company via email middle of Dec 2023 to see update I was told they was waiting for item then it would get sent to me which means its a 3rd party which wasnt told to me from the beginning Ive tried to reach out again for a full refund being that I was told it should take **** business days for item its been a month I havent heard anything back from the company

    I ordered and paid for a leather jacket from their website which is titled Euniceboutique.com. I paid by debit card and money was debited from my account in October and I have still yet to see the product. I try to call there is no answer or way to contact these people. They stole my money and cannot be tracked down. Anytime I look on line for reviews or any way to track them down there is nothing. I feel I have been duped by them. When I looked on BBB for a resolution I saw the phone number that I located for them and it goes back to this company Raydlinx out of CO. I also see that they have similar instances of exactly the same issues as mine from other customers. I want my money back immediately. They should not be allowed to operate. I guess I should have researched this company better beware. Why can't they respond to anything or anyone. Do they even exist?

    On 8/21/22 I ordered a pair of steel toed boots from raydlinxshop.com. Order #Raydlinx202210846 for a total cost of $65.99.Their website clearly states that unused product returned within 30 days will be issued a full refund including shipping cost (https://raydlinxshop.com/pages/refund-policy).After purchasing the boots, I was able to aquire a different pair of safety shoes for work with a voucher from my job. As I no longer needed the boots from raydlinx.com, I started the process of returning the boots. According to the company's website, the first step in the return process is to send an email inquiry to ************************************ which I did, on 9/4/22. In my email, I communicated that I had received the boots in the mail the previous day, and that they were completely unopened in their original packaging. About 12 hours later I received an email response stating "because our return and exchange warehouse is temporarily unavailable, we are temporarily unable to provide you with return and exchange services. I am very sorry for not bringing you a pleasant shopping experience. We can apply for a refund of half price for you as Compensation, safety shoes can be worn in many situations in daily life, for lawn mowing or renovation activities. Do you think this suggestion is acceptable to you?"The following day (9/5/22) I responded to this email, stating that this was not acceptable to me, as their website clearly states that I could receive a full refund if the product was unopened, and that I expect to be refunded in full (upon returning the product.)I have yet to receive a response.
