    I ordered a pair of shoes that *** never arrive. These shoes were supposed to be a Christmas gift, but unfortunately, they are stuck in transit, and the phone number for this company does not work. The email is returned with the same standard email every time with Chinese or Japanese writing in the subject. I am so angry for getting scammed. Please NEVER buy from this company. You are getting scammed!

    I ordered a pair of boots that will never be delivered. I thought they were a US based company- but they're out of *****. The phone number provided is always busy and you will never get through to anyone.

    I ordered a pair of boots and the website shows them delivered. I did not receive them. The phone number does not work and I have emailed THREE times with zero response back. I do not know how to reach them to help resolve this issue as the two forms of "contact info" do not work. Beyond upset as these were a Christmas gift! By the way I had to choose at least one star or I would have rated zero stars!
