    5 STAR REVIEW!!Let me first say that the WORST mistake that you can make is not choosing this company based on the complaints on this website. Action Shower Pans is being taken over by the previous owners son and he is the best contractor I have ever had the pleasure to work with. His new ownership motto is knowledge empowerment, customer service, saving the customer money, and helping those in need. My husband and I's only shower's plastic pan cracked and we tried to fix it ourselves to save money. We found that the issues at hand were far above our competency. The same day I called ******** in a frenzy, he fit me into his schedule immediately to take a look. He gave us an honest outline of the issues and the cost and worked diligently with us to make it affordable for us. Normally, contractors who have been around as long as ASP has, looks to prioritize the big contracts with the big price tags but ******** and his team are real people who care about real people. They know the value of customer service and have an amazing drive to serve the community and little guys like ****** as for the quality of work.. ANOTHER 5 STARS. Seriously I'd rate ASP 20 million stars if I could. ******** and his team (***, ******, and ******) were prompt, professional, tidy, and SO kind! They made our crusty old shower look like something out of a magazine! We have never had a tiled shower and ******** worked with us to pick tile that matched our existing walls beautifully and *** masterfully crafted it together. I just really cannot rave more about it! I wish I could post a photo here but I'm going to write another 5 star review on ****** which I will post there. It should be under "***** *******" if you would like to see the fantastic work! Don't walk, RUN to Action Shower Pan and ******** for your shower needs. You will not be disappointed.
