      For years my Allstream/Integra bill for my small business was a little more than $200. Several months ago it increased to about $440, my most recent bill came and it was $1350! After nearly 2 hours on hold the woman said that is the new rate. Is this legal?? Are there not laws to regulate this sort of thing?? Is the *** investigating terrible company? STAY AWAY from Allstreamworst company Ive dealt with in over 30 years of business

      I have been with Integra/Allstream for over 11 years. Ive never had a problem with them, and average bills were around ***** per month, I used the service just for my 800 number, which my customers hardly ever used. Things were fine, until I received a **** for $37.12!! Basically 3 times as much as normal. I tried to talk with them, basically to cancel, they said I still owed the $37.12 and a $25.00 cancellation fee!!! I told them it was ridiculous because of being with them for so long! Still they send me bills for *****!! I would think twice about using the services of this company. As long as Ive been with the company, I seriously doubt there was a cancellation fee in place from 11 years ago. My May **** due **** 1, was ***** My **** **** due July 1 was ***** I had two calls on my 800 number for **** totalling .22 cents. Total charge was for *****. An email chat with them, they waived the $25.00 cancellation fee. Its on record And cancellation was 6/16. Which is also on record. They still want a 30 day notice. And are still wanting a balance of ***** which includes the $25.00.Not a very good way to do business.
