  My experance wit Tuff Shed has been less than great. The appearance of the shed appears great but it goes down hill from there.When I ordered the shed everythig seemed okay, but in hind sight there should have been an onsite inspection.Then there should have an explanation of what you shoud expect in regards to appearanceof leveling,the need for ramps and gaps at ground level.That is part of the communication issues that I have I did not know who was in charge of my order,who to complain too. I did talk to five or six different people some for out of state and some that would not talk in person they would only ******* issues are loose roof panels,loose side panels,loose floor panels,and no flashing at door opening. Other complaints are the floor seems weak and the side panels should be made of thicker material.

  Shed Price: just over $6******************** arrived on time to build our Tuff Shed. They did a fantastic job. ***** was really patient during the walk through. ***** and his son cleaned up after themselves nicely. There weren't any screws or nails in the grass. I love our shed. It almost looks too nice to put anything in it now.

  I purchased a barn style 10x15 tough shed from the ************ branch, due to weather initial installation rescheduled. The salesperson at the ************ store was nice and helpful. After returning home to my built shed it was some of the poorest build quality, heads of nails sticking out, at least 50% of the nails attaching outer board to 2x4s were clearly a miss, One roof truss was at an angle top to bottom about 5 in off, a 2x4 with split large enough to stick your pinky in. After making a phone call they were willing to send someone out for the repairs, and they did... Roof truss was straightened but not faced up to roof boards, clipped off the protruding nail heads but added none where they missed, the three or four nails that they possibly replaced on the outside the used gray paint on my blue shed for touch up. Very upset with the build quality. I think for $8,300 I would expect a little better. I would not recommend. I will be going higher up in the chain of commands for a discount on my remaining balance..

  After several months upon placing our order with Tuff Shed. It was delivered and installed. I read all installation instructions as to what foundation requirements were suitable and provide a gravel foundation level within 1. Installation started at 11:30am and completed at 1:30-am the next morning. Good thing I live in the country with no neighbors. That said. I was provided touch up paint that was the wrong color. And after a 5 hr drive from ****** to my location in **********, the shed was really banged up. I ended up having to repaint the entire shed. As the manager stated, they sent the paint as ordered. NO HELP.Then I was informed a piece was missing and would be installed a month later. They followed up with several phone message asking for a review of thier service, And then informed me that I did not sign all the documents and have 4-5 different people continuously call me for a signature. I am so exhausted from dealing with this order and dealing with people who dont offer solutions, just want their 5 star review so they can move on the next customer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT or this Comapny. *****

  As a retired military veteran, I normally write positive reviews on products and services I receive from various companies. This is a rare occasion I find it my obligation to warn potential customers about the poor customer service and sheds ******************** is pedaling. I purchased a 10 x 20 shed from them in the *********** area August 2023, which was the wrong color to start. Four months later December 2023 I discovered a leak where water settled in 2 areas of the floor. It was immediately reported to Tuff Shed, and they sent someone out to support my 5 years warranty January 2024. They placed a door gutter over the two main doors. March 2024 the leak was still happening. April 2024 the leak continued and a crew was sent out to make possible repairs. This process has continued throughout the years with the crews starting to skip scheduled appointments. Here it is June 2025 the leak still exists. Now I can't get anyone out to support my warranty right up to this date 4 Jun 25. The person who sold me the shed no longer responds to my text, emails, and phone calls. To make a very frustrating and extremely long story short, buyers beware! Tuff Shed is becoming a total scam! I had another appointment today where the crew didn't show up and another morning of my time wasted. If they think I'm just going to go away, they are seriously mistaken. I've just started sharing my experience with them.

  I paid $7032.00 for a 10x16 barn w/loft. They canceled the day of install. Came by following week. The install er and helper tossed my Shed all over front yard. Did a VERY POOR assembly. Put nails everywhere but the studs. Ran out of felt on ****. They left when it got dark. They asked to use my microwave??, I fed them and gave them gateraid cause I felt bad. He asked for more gateraid I said it's gone then he wanted ice water and sat on my deck for 10 minutes complaining about his job. I said your coming tomorrow to finish the roof right?He said *** call the office. Back next week and he put shingles on direct wood NO FELT Put nails ALL OVER SHED AND ROOF missing the studs AGAIN!! Put putty in floor where they dropped the upper flooring and ruined my floor. THEN THEY WIPED OFF THE ***** BRUSHES IN MY GRASS WHERE MY DOGS WALKED OVER IT AND THEN WENT ON MY BRAND NEW UNSEALED DECK !!! SO NOW I HAD DIRTY DOTS ON MY DECK THAT WAS SEALED YESTERDAY. The Tuff shed manager came out to see my horrible Shed. He said they will fix it all. I HAVE 2 NO SHOW NO DAYS. IM DONE I WANT HALF MY MONEY BACK SO I CAN HIRE SOMEONE TO FIX THE DAMMAGES!!HORRIBLE INSTALL!!HORRIBLE C.S. AND ***** HORRIBLE COMPANY!!I PAID IN FULL $7032.00 I WANT $3516.00 BACK ASAP THIS SHED WILL MOLD IN NO TIME. WRONG COLOR HARDWEAR WINDOW OFFSET. GAPS IN ROOF. NAILS ALL OVER THE PLACE THAT I SCRATCHED MYSELF ON.DAMAGED MY FLOOR AND DIDNT TELL ******** UTTER LACK OF CARE.THIS INTALLER GAVE ME THE CREEPS BECAUSE HE WOULDN'T LEAVE.HE SAT ON MY DECK SIPPING HIS ICEWATER. MANAGER IS LACKING AND TRATED ME LIKE A STUPID WOMAN THAT THEY WILL GET HER WHENEVER THEY ARE NOT BUSY WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

  I don't even have my shed yet and my experience has been horrible Myself and HD have been trying to contact Tuff Shed and the only people that answer the phones are sales people. None of my calls have been returned nor have my emails. All I want is the shed I paid for and they can not seem to deliver. The manger at HD has tried numerous times and I have been bounced around from one location and call center to another. Nobody in scheduling ever answers the phone and they seem to work when they want which seems to be never. I had an Amish made shed built and delivered in less time than it is taking to deliver an already made display shed.

  Unfortunately the agreement that you do with them at THE **** DEPOT store was not followed. I went with a witness to make sure all was going to be in accordance. The colors for the unit were selected to be cream and coconut on the trim. They appeared with the whole thing in same color. There are pictures on the blue print of the desired colors. Now they call me and say that they can do so for an extra $150 dollars. They claim that is not what the contract says. ***** from Tuff Shed --What we agree at The **** DEPOT store is supposed to be transferred to you seamless with no changes. IF you guys changed it while in the transfer is not my fault. Besides, I sent you the picture of the blue print and still you guys want to blame it on me. Also, very disrespectful from ******* @Tuff Shed for hanging my phone call while I was speaking with you. People please do not support Tuff Shed as they do not comply with the agreements.****** ****** ** CMQ/OE

  So when we bought our house in 2019, part of the closing was a shed in the back yard. So the builder got a Tuff Shed. It's a nice building but due to the winds in ********, it has folded over the shingles and to my surprise, there is no tar paper underneath the shingles. I called Tuff Shed and they said that there should be tar paper, but because we did not buy the shed directly ourselves, there is no warranty. So now we have a nice shed with a leaking roof that we have to pay for a new roof out of pocket. I would recommend to all people who consider buying a Tuff Shed to inspect the roof, so you don't run into the same problem. I am very disappointed in their warranty program and their leaking roof.

  Rude and unprofessional service from ****** *******, Tuff Shed *** in ***** *****. Took 2 weeks to respond to an inquiry regarding a shed. After not receiving a response, I followed up. He then responds and is a complete jerk! I expected better service from such a large well known company.
