  I purchest a shed from Tuff she for the second time because my first experience was good. This time 1: They gave me a delivery date of two weeks, two weeks later I called and they said it is always 4 to 6 weeks, so i have to wait four more weeks ( bad Bussiness ethic ) 2: I asked to remove the door because I wanted to put in a regular external door like a house.....not that god ugly one they want to give you...and I paid for it with them knowing I wanted a rough cut door opening in the wall, they agreed and billed me for it. Their salesman is about as worthless as they come, he even called and got the dimensions for me and blew smoke up my **** telling me they were getting to work on mine immediately. 3:But the worst was after all of this, everybody knowing what had to be done, it is almost a month later and they called to tell me the rough door opening would cost me another $89!! RIDICULOUS!! I paid for all of this,i think if they made a mistake like that they should eat the cost and do the work as agreed...not call me a month later and telling me I owe money on a shed that was two weeks late?? WTF? They still can't give me a delivery date because everyone i talk to doesn't know. No wonder their sheds are four to six weeks..........it takes them that long to get their act together. Now apparently I have to cut a door opening when it gets here so there is no way for the workers to get in and out if theres no door opening! OMG this is stupid like all of the employees you talk to. Now I have to put off everything for another two weeks and hope they get it done then....am so angry i could scream! I have NEVER worked with a company that doesn't have a clue of how to keep a customer happy. On a better note, I have filed a complaint with the railroad union and they will show the complaint to our neighboring unions to warn them and not buy from them. I am sure between now and then they will come up with yet another excuse.

  Aweful experience. Ordered a Tuff Shed from *********** Tuff Shed reached out and had me sign contracts and said the permit department would reach out to me. After several weeks no one has reached out so I contacted the woman who sent the contracts. She was able to get someone to reach out and get additional info. Another several weeks passed and finally their permitting **** contacted me. After complaining she is the only one doing permits so it takes a long time she put me in touch with a sales person. It has taken so long that ********** cancelled my order but they assured me they would just sale it directly. Several more weeks passed and I'm notified the permit was denied though they couldn't tell me why and according to the city website there should not have been a reason. The sales person came out and looked and suggested another option. Now we are several weeks later for a total of five months and no one will respond to emails. I copy all of the contacts that I have and nothing. Do not order a Tuff Shed if you actually want to get a shed.

  I worked with ***** on ordering my shed. He was great sold me what I wanted, and didnt try to sell me things I didnt need. Was honest and straight forward told me the steps we would go through to get the shed to the house and how the payments were going to to be laid out. Everything was great from start to finish. **************** was great and everyone was there to help and get my shed built and on time.

  I cant even begin to say how disappointed and upset I am with Tuff Shed. This company has the worst costumer service and business philosophy I have ever dealt with in my life. The amount of frustration and time I spent trying to have them deliver and install my shed is well worth more than the actual shed itself. When the shed was attempted for delivery the first time in early August, the 3 workers complained about the distance from the truck as well as the trail which I had paid someone to trim and clean prior. I was told several miscommunications from different people that day claiming they would get it done. ******* who is in charge said he was going to charge me an extra $400 because of the distance. I was fine with that because I just wanted my shed installed. I was then reinsured and promised that it would happen in the next day or so. Nope!!! After jerking me around for 5 hrs they decided they couldnt do it that day because it was going to take to long and that I was going to get rescheduled for late September. Thats almost 2 months from the original install date. Are you kidding me? I had also hired a guy to help that day as well as me to work. Thats 5 people to work. I then waited and received my confirmation date for the second try. I followed up with ******* and ***** who are in charge of the southern ****** and northern ********** territory and claimed everything would work out. The morning of the instal one of the workers notifies me its not going to happen at all! I didnt even receive a call from a person in charge after expressing my multiple concerns and frustrations with the company. I am now demanding a refund which I still have not received from the company yet. Do not buy from Tuff Shed, its a waist of time and money. The people putting it together are not experienced either. There is little to zero work ethic and just excuses coming from the top down. No apology and or attempts to resolve this with me either.

  Dont buy a tuff shed. Heres why: Bad wood! Ugly 2x4s almost all the wood is poor quality. So bad the installer cant correct it. The people who work for them from the manager to the floor sweeper are so full of excuses. You may think its just a shed but the cost is way over the rest the sheds that are offered at home depo or lowes. I have had at least 20 calls and e-mails making excuses about how they cant or wont. You will never be satisfied with tuff shed . They **** from top to bottom. They are very proud of their over priced junk

  The absolute worst experience I have ever had doing business with a company. It would take too long to detail all of the mismanagement, disorganization, false appointment times, botched construction practices and not one follow-up or apology for their sloppy business practices. After 4 months from signed contract, still not complete. Its a sad commentary on what seemed like a good company. Youve been warned by a respected community member in St. ******.

  One year after purchasing a 12x32 , and it finally getting built after a year wait because of the permitting department "over load of work" ( causing my massive delays due to thier attention to details on the permit they are submitting for me ) I even supplied them my site plans for a passed permit I did for a 40' connex (that took me a 2 months start to finish ) and here I am a year later just getting it built.Its been a nightmare , too many calls to the planning department in the first few months to get a proper site plan permitted and then they tell me I need a concrete slab. for 2 months I argue then have to work on getting one and he comes says he isnt needed. I am permitted without concrete regardless of being belittled from **** at tuff shed by repeatedly telling me told I am wrong when I told them I didnt need a slab.To have the lead planning department rep AND the Area Manager, not even look at the permit they **** up and got approved, and to tell me I am wrong and I need to plan for a slab and go handle that myself, shows me the lack of effort and customer respect. The concrete contractor I got came and looked at my permit for 2 minutes and said its approved without a slab and with anchors. As I wanted from the get go and what my initial order even called for..If you want massive errors and delays, do let tuff shed handle your planning an permitting.I am hit with a 3rd charge after paying over $12000.They have not replied to emails on why I am charged another $1200+I will be calling them Monday.. again...
