    I booked a tour that had been rescheduled by Globus to **** in April of 2022 via ***************************** who work with Globus. My reference number is ******* and claim number is 22GFB02985. Unfortunately due to an injury, I had to cancel the trip (which I did on June 1st). I began the process of filing paperwork through my travel agent at *******. We provided a doctor's note to the company on June 6th. My agent was then asked to provide additional documentation though my doctor's ******* which was sent on June 29th. On July 19th, my agent informed me that the doctor's ****** should have received another form from the company, however it was never received. The agent contacted the company again to resend it on July 21st. The information has not been received by the doctor's ****** as of August 1st. Today my travel agent informed me that the form can be sent directly to me via email, but could take up to 10 business days!? At this point, both my agent and I have filled out numerous forms and provided more than enough documentation. I expect to receive my full cash refund.

    Hello, 

    I filed a complaint yesterday (ID ********* and was just informed by my travel agent today that Globus has issued a partial refund for our trip (66% of the full amount paid). She also has stated that AON should be sending the additional amount of the refund. We would prefer to keep the complaint active until we have actually received both refunds.

    I received one refund from Globus as stated in an email at the beginning of August. I have not received a second refund, so am waiting to be refunded the full amount. Please DO NOT close this complaint.

    I am rejecting this response because: While we are satisfied with the response of Globus, we have not yet received our full refund amount from AON. We will continue to wait for the refund we are owed from AON.
