    Very disappointed with this company. First European trip I planned was cancelled due to Covid. At no time was I informed that if I rolled my deposit over to the following year it would become non refundable. I rolled my deposit over to the next year. War broke out in ******* which was close to our destinations. I was under the impression that my insurance gave me the ability to cancel for any reason. I cancelled, feeling unsafe, they refused to refund my money. My husband and I are late 70s and three years later are not in physical condition to make a trip. Globus still refuses to refund our money. They tell us we have $1,650 of non refundable credits. We will never be able to use these credits. When we booked they were wonderful to work with but now they refuse to do anything. My recommendation would be to not ever book with them. I feel they have stolen my money.

    To ****** and all Cosmos Reps and ***, whoever you are,For several weeks I have been trying to contact your organization with no success. Nobody ever picks up the phone even after a 51 minute wait, which is ridiculous, plus several other HANGING CALLS with never an answer. *********************** never answered the phone after attempting to call recently., nor did the *** and ********************************* . BECAUSE OF SEVERAL HEALTH ISSUES, My Doctors advise me not to travel this Summer. ORIGINALLY I WANTED TO POST-PONE AND RE-SCHEDULE THIS TRIP , WHICH I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO. BUT NOW, SINCE I HAVE BEEN UNABLE FOR WEEKS THROUGH PHONE CALLS, UNABLE TO REACH YOU , MAYBE I SHOULD CANCEL THIS ENTIRELY , AND DEMAND A REFUND WITH ALL DEPOSITS.NOTE:As I repeatedly wrote, I PREFERED TO RE-SCHEDULE , but they never responded Since I could not reach anyone after 4 weeks of trying, I demand a refund.Any company that refuses to return calls, or is unreachable, and purposely waits for the deadline to contact you, or makes excuses on not being able to deal with or read the emails you have sent, which included requests for rescheduling, Time after time, is very suspicious. I tried to reach any representative or official , sometimes waiting 51 minutes on the phone to try and resolve the situation.: due to "other agents not communicating with one another" I found it interesting that one rep (I believe named ******) that finally called me , and his only concern was to try to get the rest of the money from me, could not find the other emails which I requested a reschedule due to my Doctor's advice. Obviously he did not do his homework. When I asked him why he did not contact the other agents to get the other emails I sent, he could not give me a plausible reason.I believe that Globus should be investigated to see how many agents are working there, who the *** is, and why they don't answer their phones until deadlines are passed.
