  Elite towing has a proven track record of unlawfully towing vehicles, even with the Colorado Towing **** Rights in place. Elite towed our car from our apartment building because they claimed the parking permit was not present in the window but when we went to pick up our vehicle the parking permit was in fact under the review mirror which the staff member acknowledged and talked to her manager to confirm that we would be reimbursed. When the credit was not received we reached out and were told that none of that ever occurred. Elite towing is choosing to conduct unethical business practices and continues to unlawfully tow vehicles. The manager and staff are proud to defend their unethical behavior and are willing to go as far as lying about what actually occurred. They may or may not be held accountable for their actions but they should be ashamed to look themselves in the mirror for how they choose to run a business as unethical and dishonest individuals!

  DO NOT USE ELITE TOW SERVICE. If I **uld give this tow **mpany negative reviews I would. My son was in a car wreck and the Highway Patrol used this tow service. I called the next morning to get my sons ******** it is totaled, and they are charging me $738 to release it to me. I needed to get my sons work stuff and other what nots from his car as he is laying in bed with 6 staples in his head and a **ncussion. The only way to get his belongings was to pay the money or sign over his title to the car. I felt as if I had no choice as i didnt have the money to pay them so i promised them the title. My son just got tags the morning of the wreck so it takes 4-6 weeks by mail. Showed tow ** the paperwork proof that the title is **ming and I will get them the title when I get it. I made a **mplaint with Highway Patrol as the bill was so high and only towed it 15 miles. ****** 5 mins of sending the **mplaint via email this tow service called me and asked about email. I advised that yes I did send an email to **mplain and which at this point he offered to lower the bill to remove **mplaint. He offered $400 then I will still have to have it towed to my house which is another $150 ish. Price of $738 was firm that morning when I called an only offered a dis**unt as I made a **mplaint. The Highway Patrol gave this tow service my info and he called me within 5 mins of **mplaint. I feel harassment from tow service as he said I did let you get your sons clothes and belongings why are you filing a **mplaint and told him it was the amount $$ being charged. Stated he didn't know I wanted the car back which is a **mplete lie. They are strongarming me out of my sons title for his car as I dont have the $$ they are asking for. I've called 4 other tow **mpany's and all of them said " let me guess, Elite Towing" They are all familiar with the tow service ripping people off without me even giving a tow service name! Then you have a tow service take advantage of a bad situation.

  Horrible tactics to make money. They basically steal ypur car and then charge you to get it back. We moved into a new apartment, the manger said that she did not have any more parking stickers but we were on a do notntow list. This was on a Saturday, came out Sunday to find our car towed. We cled and were told we could pay $400 today (Sunday) to get it back or wait until Monday. The circumstance around our tow where not completely their fault but it is obvious that they are taking advantage of situations to make money. Their customer service *****. Please do not support them and their business
