Majestic Towing illegally towed my car and will not provide any information showing that they did not violate the law. When I asked them for any direct information showing that they complied with the state laws, their response was to tell me to "******" the State Law and figure it out from there. Not only was the lady that claimed to be the owner extremely rude when I called them to make sure that the car would be available for pickup when I drove up to retrieve it, she then chose to harass me via text after I paid them to get my car, accused me of breaking into cars on her lot, and threatened to call the police. I was on camera the one and only time I was at their lot, and that was 4-25-2025 at about 5pm, and I took pictures of my car when I picked it up to show that there was no notification posted on my car prior to it being towed and to document the damage to the car before I drove it off of their lot.Their claim is that I came up to their lot and photographed the junk cars on their lot so I could return later to break int these ******* is my opinion that Majestic Towing dumped some sort of syrup of some other substance all over the car after our phone call while I was driving up to get the car and they will not provide any pictures to me of the state of the car when it was removed illegally from the *** parking lot by their company.Business Response

We removed the vehicle in question from a reserved parking space at the request of the owner belonging to the unit on an HOA. The individual that made this complaint is actually the one that paid for his son's car. When I spoke to his son he said he parked in someone else's space because someone was parked in his space. I kindly explained the process that he could do in order to have someone removed from his reserve spot. But I did inform him that parking in someone's reserved space is like me parking in my neighbor's driveway. I spoke with his father, who is the one that lodged this complaint, he was extremely and hostile. I explained to him the same thing I explained to his son. We did have legal authorization to remove the vehicle with authorizing signature according to State statutes. He was not privy to this document for the safety of the requesting party. I did verify that this was legal prior to denying him access to that information. As far as syrup on the car, I'm not quite sure where that came from. I do know that his son is notorious, according to residents, for parking in other people's spaces so I can only guess that maybe it was some sort of retaliation prior to removal. And we do have photos of multiple notices that had been left on his car in a 24-hour, by the residence, requesting him to please move out of their space. We do have notices posted we questing no photos or videos to protect the privacy of others and their property that may be in our possession. Respecting that is something that we do not usually have a problem with as others have no problem abiding by posted signage. As for me being rude, why would I be. I am not the one that got towed. We ask that moving forward please respect other people's property whether that be their parking space or our facility.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:This lady is mean, nasty, rude, and has a problem telling the truth.
I was politely asking for an explanation as to why and how this car was towed legally and she talked over me, talked down to me, and told me to ****** it.
I told the person at the yard how nasty she was to me on the phone when the only reason I called he was to ensure that when I got there I would be able to retrieve my car.
I paid the bill, shook the gentlemans hand at the gate, cleaned off the windows so the car could be driven, (it could not have been that way when he parked at his home 21 hours before it was towed) and left the street in front of this lot and have never returned.
I will gather the 14 unsolicited texts she sent me the following morning while I was at the airport waiting for my flight. They were taunting, full of lies, and she accused me of returning to her lot the night of 4-25-25 and breaking into cars and told me she was calling the police on me.
When you see these texts, you will understand she is mentally unstable.
I am only asking for an explanation as to what state law was cited to make the towing a legal tow, and pictures of the car prior to it being towed. The State passed laws that are very specific to what is allowed to be towed without notification and I think she broke that law and has chosen to interpret the law all by herself.
She wont provide the reason she towed my car and wont provide her name, a valid email address, or a copy of her contract with the *** to legally tow a car with no notice.
Parking in someones driveway or in front of someones driveway restricts their ability to access their home. That is not the same thing as parking in a reserved space.I am now dealing with the *** on this as they are the ones that employed her.
As this lady has now made the statement that several homeowners have complained about where my son parks, she should be happy to provide those names as she volunteered that information and should clearly have documentation of this. Unless she makes it up, she will not have documentation to support her allegation.
IF this was an ongoing problem, the security company should have a record, and the *** should have sent a letter to my son long before his car was towed without any notice.
Sincerely,
***** ****Business Response

All documents and photos have been submitted to the State of ********. There will be no refund as this vehicle was legally towed. His son stated that he parked there because someone was in his space. So, he willingly parked in another person spot and knew that this was not his space. Mr. **** was rude, verbally aggressive and disrespectful. I have no reason to be rude or upset as my vehicle was not towed. His son was wrong however, for some reason, this is everyone else's fault...?Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:This person that claims to be the owner and yet refuses to give her name has a large problem telling the truth.
She is the one with all of the survelliance cameras and those will clearly show that I was polite and calm when I picked up my car on Friday 4-25-2025, the day my car was illegally towed.
I didnt ask this unstable lady for a refund nor an apology for her unsolicited ***** harassing and taunting texts the following morning, all of which came in about 30 minutes because she is mentally incapable of processing more than 1 thought at a time.
I didnt ask for an apology for accusing me of breaking into one of her cars which is completely false. She knows as well as I do the person that broke into (if it actually happened) the car was the owner of the car retrieving their personal belongings because they could afford to pay to get their car out of the iot.
I am going after the *** for my refund, the same *** that employs her to illegally tow cars and harass people for no reason a day after they pick up their car.
I maintain that the signage at this property does not comply with state laws as there are no rules posted at the entrance and exit to this parking lot and the only sign that indicates any sort of a penalty clearly states that illegally parked cars will booted, not towed. If the signs read otherwise or if the rules had been posted per state law we wouldnt be where we are today.
I have now had 2 incidents of vandalism to cars in my driveway since the weekend after this happened. She knows where I live and I dont even know her name. I have lived here for 22 years and never had my car vandalized before this incident.
Sincerely,

On 7/28/24, my vehicle was towed from a handicapped spot at ************ apartments in ********* by Majestic Towing and Recovery. This is the towing company employed by the apartment complex. Im 71 and care for my 92 year old elderly mother. Im required to have my parking and handicap pass in visible sight or my vehicle could get towed. While helping my mother out of the vehicle, she accidentally knocked the handicap pass off the rear view mirror. Because I was trying to assist her out of the vehicle, I was distracted and forgot to put the pass back up on the mirror. I am a long time resident at this complex and regularly have my handicap pass up in sight. The next day, I discovered my vehicle was towed by this company and I was charged over $400 for less than 24 hours of storage. The woman that works there is refusing to give me a receipt. She is stating it is a courtesy.*** called multiple times requesting my receipt and she says she will send it and then doesnt. She even called me back one day to tell me she was sending it on over at that moment, then laughed, and hung up. I never received anything. They have been rude and awful people to me throughout this entire process. Not once did I argue about getting towed. Im not sure why they wont just give me a breakdown of the charges and a receipt for what I paid. Please help me.Business Response

I was raised that there are always 2 sides to every story. This is a fact. The vehicle that was towed out of handicap as stated did not have a handicap placard posted nor did it have one on the floor, on the seat or in the car at all. Our policy is if it is visible through the front or side windows, even if it is a partial view, we DO NOT tow it. The objective is to make sure those spaces are for handicap individuals. The individual, to my knowledge, had borrowed the vehicle due to theirs being in the shop. Different story. As for the receipt, we are always at the gate as they are pulling out with receipt in hand for them. We do this as some cars don't start and the $ is refunded until they can make arrangements to have it removed. In this particular instance, she just flew right out of the gate and kept going. She did call and ask for her receipt and was requested to email her request with the date, time and vehicle info and mailing address. To date, we have yet to receive all of the requested information. I will again leave the instructions again and upon receipt of all the information that is required we will mail her receipt certified with return receipt. I am rejecting this response because:The company has the information they need. They want to continue lying and arguing over the situation, instead of just giving me the receipt. Who cares about what they think happened? Bottom line- they towed a vehicle from a senior citizen that lives at those apartments and charged erroneously. Just give me my receipt. Nobody was at a gate with a receipt. Nobody informed me that was the way to obtain the receipt. She told me she will just take longer to send me the receipt because I continue to request it and am not being understanding.
I requested the receipt many times over the last couple of weeks and not once was told specific information was needed. They continue to lie, make accusations, and be rude to me. For what reason?
Shes pulled my information up when I called to request the receipt. Shes just being very immature, insufferable, and ***** at this point.
All of this could be avoided if they would only provide the receipt. But they want to drag this on instead. Why cant she upload the receipt to this complaint?! Its very evident shes well aware of who I am and what vehicle it was.Sincerely,

On Saturday February 11th 2023, I went to visit my grandmother at her apartment complex, **************************** ****************, ******, **. My 2017 Dodge Ram was parked for less than 24hrs which is the parking regulations of the apartment complex. Majestic Towing located at ***************************************** came while I was with my grandmother and towed my vehicle. When communicating with the towing company **************** on the phone was rude and disrespectful to my situation. We were then charged ****** to release the vehicle. Due to the actual rules of the apartment complex Majestic towing had no right to tow my vehicle and then charge a ridiculous amount to release.Business Response

It's unfortunate when someone has been towed. It is never anything personal however it is our response to make sure there is ample parking for the residents and their guests. At this particular property residents and guests are identified by either a parking permit for the residents or a guest passed for the visitors. In this particular situation , this vehicle had neither. It is stated in the contract and all the residents had been notified of the parking policies set forth by the property management company and it had been in place since 2020. Of all the vehicles on site, this was the only vehicle that had neither. Again, these are not our policies but those of on site management and we were brought on to monitor their parking policies. If ever you park on private property and you are not sure of the rules for parking we always suggest that you contact on site management or security. Most messages at the leasing office have an after hours number.
Best regards,
