The fact that this establishment has an A+ on BBB makes the integrity of the BBB questionable. This establishment give **** estimates on cost to reclaim you vehicle. They demand an appointment to retrieve your property an appointment they do no hold. They charge $100 more if you elect not to pay in cash. They don't provide change. This is not a legitimate business, it is most likely a front for criminal activity.Majestic Towing & Recovery, LLC.

This review actually is confusing to me. We accept ********** and **** major credit cards. There is a 3.5% credit card transaction fee which is what we are charged by our credit card carrier. The only time we request an appointment is when we are dealing with someone who is combative. The reason for this is so others retrieving their vehicles are safe and not in danger and we can mitigate any issues. As for paying with cash, yes, we do tell everyone that if they pay with cash to please bring the exact amount as we do not carry change. This is something they are told prior to arriving to retrieve their vehicle. Must be individually leaving this review and another one, he is also the one that I just responded to on a complaint. This is a touch of his combative demeanor. As for his final statement all I can say is LOL.Majestic Towing & Recovery, LLC.

Had to make an appointment to pick up my car, we decided on 2:15pm. Got there at 2:15pm, my Lyft driver and I drove around slightly confused because there is no building to go into. Called what I assumed is the receptionist, she answered and said someone is running late but will be there soon, just hang out. Im in a Lyft so I guess Ill be hanging out outside on a random street. Dont know who someone is but okay. Then someone finally showed up at 2:50. If youre not going to honor the forced appointment time then have a lobby for people to sit inside and pay so they dont get abducted and human trafficked outside of your sketchy establishment. Like ***. And also someone else was waiting with his child outside with me to get his car. We were both told the amount owed is a Colorado law, but he owed about $100 more than I did??Majestic Towing & Recovery, LLC.

This individual was required to make an appointment to because it was outside a regular office hours and is required. The person releasing this vehicle did get hung up in traffic, which was completely out of his control, but I did communicate this with her and compensated her for that accordingly. And, she actually arrived early and the individual releasing the car was only about 10 minutes late for the required appt. Sorry for any inconvenience but we did make it right with you financially. Thank youS. C.

How did I get compensated for someone being hung up on traffic? I paid over the amount told over the phone. When we spoke on the phone I was told it would be $334 cash. And the someone didnt have change, so the company gained $6 more from me since I paid $340. So no you did not compensate me for anything. And no I did not arrive early. My appointment was at 2:15 and according to my records I didnt call you until 2:30 because my Lyft and I were driving around looking for a building. And then your someone arrived at 2:50pm. So please do not lie. This is absurd.Review fromA. M.

Disgusting. The staff is rude and unprofessional. They are a HORRIBLE company to have to deal with as a customer or as a contractor. They should be shut down or investigated at the very least.Majestic Towing & Recovery, LLC.

This review was actually left on behalf of an individual that was towed for unauthorized parking in resident reserved parking space without the required parking permit. He is well aware of the policies at this particular residential community because he has towed twice for the same reason. On 03/13/25 his 2010 gray *** 525i was for the second time for the same reason. No respect for policies that's for sure. Just like the first time, he had Ms. ***** call to get the information need to retrieve the vehicle. She was nice, but he is very controlling over her. I asked her to put him on the phone and I would tell him the procedure. When he got on the phone, here came the threats, screaming, cursing and lack of self/verbal-control. Due to his combative nature, Denver PD, like last time, had to present at the time of the release. Day one, which was on 03/13/25, neither he or his female companion had acceptable documents to even to be able to "drive" the vehicle out. ********* officers told him he would have to come back with a physical and valid driver's license. That happened the next day. And, again, the police had to be present. One officer had mentioned that he said I was evil. I chuckled and then played the phone recording of when I spoke with him. Once the officer heard the complete verbal abuse and threats, the entire atmosphere changed. It was taking him some time to get his vehicle out because he could, for some odd reason, not find his car insurance and his temp tags expired the fall of 2024. After the officer heard the recording, he instructed him to go ahead and remove his vehicle immediately for the safety of all of those that were present. As for *****, she didn't say two words but smiled with fear:(A. M.

One of the Rudest persons I have ever spoken to on the phone. Condescending at every chance she gets to interrupt you and make excuses as to why her client ****** up and shouldn't have to pay for their mistakes. The tow driver even admitted to stealing a trailer at one point upon retrieving my unlawfully towed trailer. The lady ****** ****** called me days after the fact and harassed me some more @Majestic Towing & Recovery, LLC.
Date: 03/21/2025
The above person had his trailer towed from a storage facility that had recently been sold and had new owners. We received a call requesting items to be towed due to non-payment. We acquired the required documents and removed the items, one being his trailer. Once he realized his trailer was towed, he called, and I was the fortunate one to answer the phone. Oh my!!! No filter... He was yelling at me so loud I could barely understand him. I was able to get in a few words with "You will need to contact the storage facility as they were the ones to request its removal and hung up because he kept screaming!! Shortly after, I received a call from the storage facility and she did state that they had made an error, and the trailer was actually current on his lot rent. She told me that they had found, upon recently purchasing the property, that the record keeping was, to say the least, not kept up and current. With that, she asked if we could release it to him and they would pay the invoice. FYI - very few own up to a mistake and make it right. Regardless, she also got yelled at by this pleasant man with such dignity. I then contacted him to let him know that he could pick up his trailer and that the storage facility was going to pay the invoice. You would think he would be thankful for the fact that there are still good people in this world willing to own up to a mistake, even though it wasn't their fault, and make it right. ****!! Not him. As for our tow driver, I was there at the time of the release and no comments were made to this person about any previous tows. When I was a kid, I actually believed adults didn't lie. LOL. I did contact him a few days later to let him know that I had received the payment from the storage facility so that he would know that they kept their word and might give them a chance to get to know them instead if instantaneous judgment with no forgiveness. Again, NOPE! I cannot close this reply to the review without one piece of advice for him and with good intentions. "It doesn't cost ANYTHING to be nice;)"Review fromChar S

I was not going to do a review at all until I got a call back from the company saying I should not "judge' companies based on their reviews.I was referred to this company by Absolute Towing to have cars towed in our commercial lot. I called and while I waited for someone to answer I read their reviews. I am not comfortable doing business with a company that has so many bad reviews and from what I could tell horrible customer service. I mentioned that your reviews are pretty bad. She asked me ****** or BBB. I said BBB and Yelp. She tried to explain away these reviews and I said no thank you have a nice day and hung up. She called me back 10 minutes later telling me how wrong it is to judge a company based on their reviews. I laughed and said that is what reviews are for, to judge whether you want to do business with that company or not. She leaned in saying it isn't legal or something like that. Again, I laughed told her thanks for calling and have a wonderful day, then hung up. Her call back to me telling me what I can and cannot do is the reason for this review. My instincts were spot on when I read the reviews it would seem. **************** goes a long way, and this was horrible unprofessional at best.Majestic Towing & Recovery, LLC.

To begin with, the above recollection of her events is a bit off. So glad all calls are recorded. When I received this individual's call, she was put on a brief hold. When I returned to her call to assist her, she said that she worked for a law firm and was currently looking for company to tow vehicles from their location that are not clients of the law firm. After that, she rudely and quickly passed judgment on our company based on Yelp reviews of those that were towed for illegal parking violations. We are a company that understand our clients parking issues and are here to help them resolve those issue as peacefully as possible. Of course we have bad social based reviews. All towing companies that perform private property tows do. Previously they were using ****** who the with an F with BBB who posted a consumer alert and ****** fined over 1 million dollars by the Attorney General for illegal practice, and we are the bad company... Yes, these are the types of tow that we do. Those who park in handicap that are not handicapped. Those who park in fire lanes that can cost a life if there is a fire. Those who park in a reserved parking space that people pay for. And yes, those who park at other businesses that are not a client or a customer of that establishment. The reviews, that she referred to and believed everything she read, are these people. No one is happy when they get towed for these reasons, however, it is a legal and justified tow. The same kind of tows she is wanting to do. Honestly, I don't believe those that she would have towed would be happy either, resulting in another bad review that she bases her decisions on. I know it is easy to stereotype without realizing that you are doing exactly that. And, to believe everything you read online is not a good habit to have in my opinion:) But, to each their own. What I truly find ironic is that she works for a law firm. Aren't their arguments in court based on facts and not speculation? Reviews are opinions without supporting evidence of its validity. Believe what you want, of course. But, if this is indeed the case, this makes me question the ethics of this particular law firm.Review fromMaria R

NO STARS This has to be the worst company ever to deal with and everyone can thank ************ mean ***** for that. If y'all have to deal with that lady bless your heart. They target low-income housing properties because they know some people can't get their vehicles out when they want to charge you $400+. We just had to deal with this lady and her mouth yesterday. Little does she know 9 news and Fox 31 will be getting involved. I am filing a claim through PUC. Don't let this company get away with their c*** anymore report this lady and her pitbull that walks to the gate with her. PUC # is posted online When you speak to customer service ask them to send you the form to where you only have to pay up to $60 to get your vehicle out if you own it don't let them people take $400 of your hard-working money. Will see if she fires back on this. It will be in her best interest if she dose.Majestic Towing & Recovery, LLC.

First and foremost, ALL MUST FOLLOW THE **** AND POLICIES REGARDLESS OF YOUR ANNUAL INCOME. Also, ALL pricing for towing companies is set by the state and ALL terms and conditions in which we tow by are set by the management company and in a legal and binding contract. In the contract it states that all parking permits must be posted on the back of the rear-view mirror and must be visible from the front of the vehicle. This individual did not do so. She put up a sun visor shade covering her entire windshield including the mirror. Please understand that it is the vehicle owner's responsibility to make sure the permit is visible for us. The information that the leasing office has on each person falls under the Privacy Act and we are not privy to that information hence the purpose of the permit. She did file a complaint with the state, and I supplied all supporting documents and videos. Yes, videos. She claimed you could see the permit however, prior to entering her vehicle, on video, she did state that her permit was NOT visible which that video has also been submitted to the state. I also prepared the documentation for her payment arrangements, which are **** of ******* documents, and she signed and agreed to all terms of her payment arrangement as well as signing a credit card authorization form, also submitted to the state. SURPRISE! The card was declined when her payment was due. Thing is that the agreement she signed was a Colorado **** of ******* document. We are currently seeking fraud charges and have also started the collection process with our ****************** And to top it off, her mother or friend, as she was driving away, called my assistant a "FAT PITBULL". My assistant is an absolute sweetheart and at the time gracefully excused herself to the office. When I went in, I asked her if she was ok and not to listen to them. It was quite apparent that she had been crying. I get that when people are towed that they are upset. But everyone wants to act like they did "nothing wrong" and the towing company and everyone that works there is absolutely horrible. Simple--We are adults and know there are rules that we are to follow. The problem is self-accountability. She mentioned in her complaint how horrible I was. So glad I recorded everything. She had mentioned that she had a death in her family. Before she left our facility, I told her that she and her family would be in our prayers - ON VIDEO. Funny to me that when I was a kid, I actually believed that adults didn't lie;) They were absolutely disrespectful when they arrived at our facility. But I do have to say that the vehicle owner was much more pleasant when she was not around her mother.Review fromAddy B.

The lady on the phone is very rude and very combative. She goes right into attacking you without giving you a chance to speak . I was freaking out when my car was gone because my previous car was stolen and my car had my cap and gown for my graduation the next day . When I called I wanted to see if they had my car, I was polite and she got rude with me instantly. There multiple cars that didnt have permit on their window and when I ask her why my car was towed and they left the other cars there . Her reponse when I ask her about the other cars was I should only worry about my car. I was parked in a visitor spot and my permit fell from the window . There was a car right next to mine which has been parking in a reserved spot for 2 months with no parking pass displayed . Based on what she told me she says they get paid per tow so I am wondering why you didnt come back for those cars . If youre going to *** because its the rule then it should apply to everyone not just who you feel like. That is unfair and makes me feel like its targeted. *** also let us know that they can no longer tow cars without a warning and she shut me down. This towing company is predatory and the lady on the phone has a very dark spirit. I am in process of filing my smalls claims in court.Majestic Towing & Recovery, LLC.

We know that being towed can be frustrating. With the Denver ********** growing, parking is something that HOA's, property owners, etc must manage and regulate. It is not uncommon for us to answer the phone and get yelled at when someone gets towed. Like in your situation. You, on a recorded line, began verbally abusing dispatch as they where trying to explain to you why you were towed. Is it possible that the vehicle next to you that you say did not have a permit wasn't there when you were towed. Or, when you were asked what type of car also had no permit you could not even tell us the color. We were forced to vacate the phone call due to your verbal abuse to turn around and receive a call from your step dad and he handled it in the same manner as you did. When you arrived to retrieve your vehicle, you were recorded as you entered your vehicle. When you where asked if you found your permit, you stated "YES". When you were asked, on our video recording, "Where?" you stated "In my console". So your statement in the review that it fell is a lie as well as the rest of your accusations. Then when your step dad drove off in his burg **** truck he peeled out on road base which is medium size pieces of black top - like rocks - and sprayed the entire drivers side of the car of the person that released your car, chipping the paint. Now they have to go through an insurance claim and the headache of repairs on top of their 23 yr old daughter having cancer. ALL BECAUSE you got mad when you got towed for not following the parking policies that you were aware of (you did have an actual pass that you did not post). Please remember that in our "Now" time, pretty much everything is recorded and ******* (lieing) is an act you can actually be sued for, especially when it is a business. Life ******* Be honest as the truth will ALWAYS prevail;)
Best wishes in your life endeavors. I also know, as recorded, that the person on the phone and the person that released your car both congratulated you on your graduating. Good deserves good not this.

Predatorial towing is sitting and waiting for a violation or someone spotting. Neither we ever do. Also, your comment you claimed the *** said is also incorrect. Towing companies are allowed to monitor parking. That's why you had a place to park. If that changes you can say "Goodbye" to that;)Review fromMi J

We understand that being towed is frustrating. However, parking in a fire lane is not only against the law, but it is CRUCIAL that these areas be kept clear of any vehicle in the event of an emergency. Obstructing or delaying passage for emergency individuals can cost someone their life. And please keep in mind that no matter how angry you are, we do not expect our dispatchers to tolerate verbal slander and threats. Please remember that they didn't tow your car from a fire lane. They just answer the phones.Mi J

No stars! Worst customer service ever. Not one ounce of professionalism in this dispatcher. It's almost laughable because she's so abrasive and arrogant. Absolutely has a superiority complex. Overtalks the whole time and never gives a person a chance to speak their perspective. VERY Condescending, rude, and unintelligent. Further harasses an individual with texts in a threatening manner like "These calls are recorded". Just to get the last word in. Inconveniences situation with irrelevant legalities to literally bully people into paying the fine so you can't move your car until you do. Talk about 'strong arm tactics'. Either pay or we take your car away. Unfair business practices and horrible conduct. Taking pictures to support that no signs were posted to notify anyone of parking violation. They were taken down months ago and they were too lazy to even have a rep replace them. Constantly berates you with a whiny statement, "It's in your monthly newsletter"!!! Idiot, it's low income housing, ***** reads the manager's newsletter. If they can even read English! Again, inconsiderate of anyone's situation even while we are in a pandemic dealing with more important issues than her life and job sucking. Why are you even working that job if you hate it so much? You can't even work on improving your customer service skills so you just make everyone else suffer your ignorant behaviour and make everyone else's life miserable. Bet she just LOVES reading all the negative statements about herself. Here's another one for you. We understand that being towed is frustrating and will admit that our dispatchers take the brunt of the angered individuals. However, they always remain professional regardless of the situation and verbal abuse they receive. And, yes, all calls are recorded for this reason. Little information is addressed in your complaint other that you were upset for the fact of being towed. Please, moving forward take heed to ALL newsletters from your on-site management. They have a purpose. And please keep in mind that all towing and parking policies are set by YOUR management company
