  ******* Towing UNLAWFULLY towed my car from my apartment complex. My car is operable, registered, and displaying the proper parking permit in a readily visible place.And it was STILL TOWED. This is the 2nd time in less than a week they've towed my car.Next time, I will be coming to retrieve it with a police ******.

  Imagine, being a single parent waking up on a Saturday morning ready to spend the weekend doing something with your kids, and you look out the window and your car is gone. That feeling you feel. Imagine its because a predatory towing company, Wyatts towing, patrols your complex parking lot for a victim. Now this parking area they patrol, only shares parking with other complex tenants. No shopping centers, not office complexs, just tenants. But for some reason the new complex property managers have decided that the tenants have to pay parking fees to park at your home of many years. They say its for the tenants, so people dont steal or spots, but they do not assign spots, and regardless of these fees, theres never enough parking. The fees have not changed that at all. Now youve woken up, and the property management company has set their predatory tow truck company free to steal your property from your home, to protect YOU from, yourself. And you realize you allowed your monthly fees to expire because you have a life and trying remember another thing is just that. When you call the number on all the tow signs, youre told about some many fees you cant keep them straight, but realize theyre telling you that the fact that they stole your property and held it for exactly 15 hours, theyre going to require you give them $380. When a kind neighbor steps up and brings you to the tow lot within 30 minutes, you arrive to instantly be told that its going to be $460 now that its been 15 hrs and 30 minutes. And when you tell that employee of Wyatts towing that you were just told 30 minutes about all the fees and that they added up to $380, she says to you well it wasnt me that told you that, and its $455 now. After some heated discussion about Wyatts towing told me the amount, so it shouldnt matter who, you finally just pay the $460 and get your receipt, only to be held hostage by that same employee by not letting me out of the lot until she was forced to.

  PIRATES. This company is run by absolute thieves. They illegally towed a company vehicle OUT OF OUR OWN LOT citing a b.s. "no permit" reason on their paperwork. Not to mention they tow the car to practically ******** in order to add on to the already SKYROCKET prices they think is justifiable to reclaim your stolen car. NEGATIVE FIVE STARS. I hope this company and its owners continue to get sued and are forced to close. It's an absolute disgrace to allow them to operate.

  My car was illegally towed from my apartment complex lot. My parking permit has been active and up to date for 2 years now. They released my car at no charge. I gave them the option to tow it back or pay my Uber fee. No free public transportation to location. They refused to do either. After I called in reinforcements, I was informed that my car would be towed back to me. It was. And I think its safe to say I ****** them off.Less than 24 hours later, my car breaks down in the middle of a BUSY highway. Mechanic informs me that there is a HOLE IN THE ENGINE! Im not saying my car was tampered with by Wyatts. But its awfully suspect and extremely coincidental. I dont know what will happen next. But this isnt over. Wyatts may have screwed soooooo many people. I refuse to be ran over. I encourage all of you experiencing similar events to stand your ground and refuse to accept no for an answer!!

  ******** W ************ is simply fraudulent. It's as if they don't worry about clear violations of the towing laws in the *****************. My car was towed illegally by Wyatts Towing and I would encourage anyone reading this review to fight for rights and don't give up no matter how long it takes to get a resolution. ************ is currently under investigation by the ******** *********************** for potential fraud violations and illegal towing.

  SO MANY PEOPLE I know have been screwed by ******* Towing!! I was verbally harassed and held against my will behind their gate in their lot AFTER already paying to leave just because it was ENTERTAINING to them for 20 MINUTES!!!. They were laughing at everyone and calling everyone names. Seriously the most messed up people on this earth and they need to be held accountable!! They have people go out and sell fake parking passes all around ****** especially, all to make more money and tow whoever they want and there isn't anything you can do once your car is in their yard!! REPORT REPORT REPORT!!! Its the only way we are going to be able to make them accountable for their ****** up actions!!!

  This place is a joke. They just towed my brother's car parked right in front of his house. Which is a HOA. They said it was in the firelane. Bunch of bull s*** These people can go to h*** You are gonna get sued you piece of s*** towing company. Oh and our neighbor has it on video as well. No 24 hour notice or anything.

  If I could leave a zero star review I would. This company towed my car from my apartment complex, stating the reason was an inactive parking permit. This was inaccurate, as I have an active permit, that's is valid for another 8 days until it is then renewed. They let me pick my car up, free of cost (as they should). But the point is, that they never should have towed it in the first place!!!! This company is horrible! My husband missed a day of work, all because of their "error". Absolutely unbelievable.

  This company deserved ZERO. My vehicle was impounded illegally early this morning 7/15/22 at 1:37 a.., in other to collect money from me. I parked my car in a designated place by my HOA, whoever towed my car wrote I packed in Fire Lane in front of my garage. How can a fire lane be placed in front of a garage. This people are liars and just want to collect money. I was not even notified my car was impounded. Two cars are packed together and only my care was impounded. There is no sign that indicated no parking and I have being parking my car there since 2022.My HOA never told us not to park there. I talked to a lady that was rude, she called herself *** or ***.
