  Wyatts Towing is a predatory towing company. I stopped at my daughter apartment complex to pick her up for church, went inside and when I came out, my car was gone. After finding out they towed it, I called and they said it was $365 to get it out. I didnt want to ruin the day so I went to church and then picked up the car. The total went to $440. They towed a bunch of vehicles today because they knew it was a holiday and we couldnt get anything resolved. The only way to get our cars out was to pay the outrageous fees. I would tell everyone not to do business with this company but since they are a predatory towing company, they are most likely getting all their business through this method. Absolutely shameful what they do.

  Wyatts Towing has predatory practices. They towed my vehicle, overcharged me to get my vehicle back, killed my battery during the tow and tried to charge $70 for a jump. This company has poor practices, no morals and disregard for the law.

  Won't let me give less than one star. Don't trust this company. Towed vehicle 20 min before the time resistance are to register guests. Went on website to get fees as I pulled into lot. Charged $200 more than stated. Then tried to get me to sign a blank charge screen. Was told their website doesn't update until next day. This company needs to be put out of business they are a worse than ambulance chasing lawyers.

  If I could give zero stars I would. Was towed out of an apartment building. I was visiting my brother in law in ********. He set me up on the app. to have a permit. Parked there for 3 days then woke up Thursday December 28 vehicle was gone. I called in the morning said I didnt have a permit. But I did. I showed them. They said it should be a * not a zero. But you go in the app. to add it the * and the 0 look the same. They also said there was no vin attached but there was. Why would we have got an alert on the app saying its being towed. Company is shady. They kept changing their excuses why they towed me. Would not help me had to pay to get my vehicle.

  I parked at the Park 17 garage on Nov 28. I have a receipt from at 8:48 showing that I paid for parking. When I went to get my car in the morning, it was in a completely different space! I thought my car had been stolen (turns out it had been stolen; by Wyatts Towing). I thought maybe someone had taken it for a joyride, so I asked the building for copies of the video of the garage.The building provided me the **** videos where I saw Wyatts Towing STEAL MY CAR. I have copies of my parking receipt and copies of the videos watching them steal my car. At 9:06 my car was towed by Wyatts Towing truck #***. Knowing they made a mistake, they brought my car back at 9:21, they brought my car back and put it in a completely different parking space. This is theft. This is stealing. If I break into someone's home, move their things around, but don't take anything, IT IS STILL A CRIME. This is what ******* Towing did to me. I did nothing wrong and followed the rules and paid for parking and now I have to deal with emotional stress and dealing with the building? Why? Because they are criminals with no business being allowed to operate in the *****************.

  Illegally towed my car. Made me pay full bill to get my car back even though the law states in ******** that you only are required to pay 15% of the charges (or up to $60) and can pay the remaining amount at a later time yet they said this was not true. They not only lied about why my car was towed, but also incorrectly stated the time of when it was towed and would not even let the *** driver into their impound lot to jump my battery.

  This is the second time this company has towed my vehicle without any tags and or without any warning left me stranded and in top of it all left it up to me to find my rights out within the law to tell them that they had done this illegally but because of the property that it was on was called in and find out for myself that this was called in by a resident not even the apartments manager I wouldn't even give them one star because of the way I was treated by there staff

  My car was towed and when I got my car and called later in the day, the lady who was on the phone was extremely condescending and hung up on me before I could finish what I was saying. They have also illegally towed my car but at this point Im more frustrated about the help I got.

  My apartment complex used them to move everyones car to re-do the streets inside the complex and they damaged my car in the process. The front bumper is dented and the license plate is scratched. I've gone back and forth with ******* and my complex. They didn't provide an invoice number so I have no way of filing a complaint on their website. Absolutely ridiculous.

  This company is a joke. No wonder they are under investigation now. The pricing is outrageous & the woman that answered the phone was unhelpful & extremely rude. They towed my car without giving any visible *********** have a permit to park in the lot. Customer satisfaction is a negative. Its ***** having your car towed & then you have to deal with ignorant employees as well. Its a scam. This company has absolutely morals.. if when they could help out one single customer, they wont because they have no souls! I get its a business but they dont know how to run it. SCAMMERS.
