At the apartment complex I park in Park it right illegally boots my car claiming I have parked in that space for more than 24hrs. I go to work around 4:40am and return around 2:15pm M-F. I received their boot on a Friday. I then go online, pay their absurd $385.00 "fine" and the code they sent me to remove the boot didn't work. I then contacted Park It Right and all they could say was show us the evidence (the apartment complex has cameras easily showing my parking habits) then they cut me off from the chat when I told them they were scamming me and that I looked online and see they have lawsuits being litigate for similar and other illegal business practices. They are also doing this to other residents and visitors that have valid parking passesPark It Right, LLC

Using lies found online to justify not following the rules does not make your position correct. Our business is legal and verified by the Attorney General. Violators like to use online lies by other violators to justify their reason for violating the agreed upon parking rules.
The *** has parking rules that everyone on the property agreed to follow when they moved in. Residents are not allowed to park in visitor spaces and no one is allowed to park in visitor for more than 24 hours. Here is the *** Rule this person agreed to follow-
Visitor Parking Spots Any vehicle that is parked in visitor parking space must move within 24-hours from when it was parked. This means that spot must be made available within 24 hours for a different vehicle to be parked there. Any vehicle determined to be parking in a visitor spot over 24 hours may be subject to Immediate Boot.

Worst business I have ever worked with. Completely unethical and greedy. I'm not even mad about the fact I had to pay to get a boot off my car. I am upset that they have provided shady details as to where to return your boot, when to expect a refund, and how to get in contact with ANYONE on their team. I have emailed relentlessly and no one is willing to help or listen to my issue. Furthermore, they didn't give me my full refund and REFUSE to be of any help. AND left a HUGE sticker on my car that is NOT easily removable as they say. Disgusting companyPark It Right, LLC

Dear BBB,
I hope this message finds you well. We are Park It Right Staff and writing on behalf of Park It Right, **** to inform you of our decision to terminate our participation in the Better Business Bureau (BBB)business program, effective immediately.
Park It Right has been a participant in the BBB program for the past eight years. During this time, we have consistently provided detailed and comprehensive evidence in response to every complaint filed against our company. Unfortunately, we have found that the program frequently rewards unsubstantiated claims and does not adequately acknowledge the extensive proof we provide.
Over the years, our company has received only five legitimate complaints, all of which occurred in our early stages of operation. The majority of complaints we receive are from individuals who failed to adhere to the parking rules on private properties. Unlike towing services, our immobilization (booting) services leave the vehicle in place, clearly indicating the violation. To ensure the validity of our enforcement actions, we take over 20 photographs per incident, documenting every detail.
The primary reason for the complaints against our company is the embarrassment violators feel when their vehicles are immobilized. Common excuses such as missed permits, missing signage, lack of warning, or brief parking durations are often cited to deflect responsibility from their actions.Despite our thorough documentation and irrefutable proof, our company has been unfairly rated with an "F" by the BBB.
We have also been informed that our rating could be improved to an "A+" if we paid a monthly fee. However, we believe in maintaining our integrity and do not wish to participate in a program that undermines the principles of fairness and accountability.
As a company dedicated to enforcing parking regulations and ensuring compliance, we stand by our actions and the evidence we provide. We will no longer allocate our resources to respond to unfounded complaints through the BBB platform.
We appreciate the opportunity to have participated in the program, but it has become clear that it no longer aligns with our values or serves our best interests.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,

Park it right is booting vehicles but claims they do not have to have permits with the boots they use are not considered vehicle immobilizing this is complete nonsense because in fact there chain lock system immobilizes vehicles I do not understand why it company that can find and boot citizens vehicles does not have to comply with States and agency regulations of *** and does not have to have a permit to operate this seems to be against constitutional rights. Not to mention the charges they charge are over $75 over the limit for a boot in ******** also puc States in another comment that the only reason people complain is because they are embarrassed to have a boot this is complete nonsense people complain because this is unconstitutional and it's very expensive to have a boot especially when you've shown documentation that your violation was handled before the boot was placed this is not an agency of our government and should not be considered as one I don't believe that the general population has to abide by the rules that this company has made up on their own and placed upon citizens without regulations of *** backing them this is a rogue company against constitutional rightsPark It Right, LLC

1 starI must start by expressing my deep concern over the aggressive and coercive communication from your company. The email correspondence, which is the only available means of contact, has been marked by a complete lack of respect and responsibility. Individuals I have spoken to remain anonymous while making threats of criminal and legal action, only to later deny these as threats. My car has been repeatedly stickered overnight in three different locations, with two stickers covering my windshield. These bright orange stickers, boldly stating "I AM A THIEF AND DON'T LIKE TO FOLLOW THE RULES!!! I CUT OFF AND STOLE MY DEVICE," are not only false but constitute harassment, defamation, and property damage. Such slander and abuse is unacceptable.I initially attempted to resolve this issue by emailing the address provided on your website (info@ parkright.net) and the same one mentioned in your automated phone message. However, it appears the correct contact is (propertymanagers@ parkitright.net). Due to this discrepancy, my initial email went unanswered. Instead of receiving a timely response, I was met with harassment and threats of legal action two weeks after the booting incident and my initial email.Your recent threats to file a lien against my property are extremely distressing. I seek only to resolve this matter peacefully, regain the ability to park my car outside my property, and continue my daily life without further attacks and manipulation from your company.Review fromCathryn G

1 starThey state on the website that there is a $150 deposit for the boot which is refunded within 7-14 business days. They do not automatically refund the deposit. You have to contact them in order to get your deposit back and you cant request the deposit until the 14 days has lapsed. They also will give you the run around when you request the refund by making you wait on hold, transfer you to different people and just not respond to your email requests.Review fromDustin R

1 starwhat an absolute nightmare dealing with their junk. the information that you need that is on the lock was so badly scratched up that you can't read it. the ** code doesn't work. you're standing in the dark in the freezing cold trying to get the information off of something that you can't read. it took me 30 minutes before I got information off the website to get the stupid boot off of the car. you think for $385 this company would have better maintain equipment and you can actually read it so you can get the boot off your carReview fromLynette F

1 starI had no idea a company could put a boot on your car without some kind of a warning, or that they could charge such an exorbitant price!!! $385!!???? I don't have that kind of money. They are robbing people. ALL Because I didn't see their sign. The space said Guest parking and I parked there while visiting my son. I have had several conversations with this company and they put the blame squarely on me, but this has been one of the least pleasant experiences of my life. The management company M&M was very unhelpful, Park it right refused to actually speak with me in person and it took me over 2 hours to get this thing off my car. I have had a knee replacement. I can't et on the ground and get this thing off. They would only communicate through a phone message chat, and I don't DO phones that well. I'm old. He said I was just making excuses when I asked him to call directly. Neither company offered me a second chance or any sort of help from the very beginning, and they got ***** the longer it took me to get it off. They only offer $150 back if you return the boot. I feel as if I have been robbed and I don't appreciate it. It's been two weeks now and I still haven't received the "refund". WORST experience I've had in years. I see there have been LOTS of complaints about this company. I hope there's something you can do about this. Thanks for listening.Review fromDaniel C

Very unprofessional company. NOTICE, WARNING, FINED, and then TOWED. You cant just skip a step its called extortion. A notice is not the same as a warning. They take pride in aggressive behavior. Definitely a predatory company who makes money of homeowners. Dont have a customer number to reach out to just a line that suggest you to reach them by via email. That address they place in their website is false. I personally went to their office Park It Right is not located at **************************************** Suite 100 ******, ** ***** as it ****** on its website. There are a lot of things this company needs to get called out on.Park It Right, LLC

Park It Right has participated in the BBB business abusing program for 8 years. We will no longer participate in this program that rewards violators lies without proof and does not credit our company with 100% proof that is provided on EVERY complaint. In 8 years only 5 complaints are legitimate and the company was in its very beginning.
BBB is nothing more than a way to reward the very people that did not follow the parking rules of a private property. Unlike towing our booting leaves the car in place clearly showing the violation. To ensure our position we take more than 20 pictures to provide proof of our enforcement.
People complain more about our company because we embarrass them by booting their car in place. Unlike a towing company our objective is to reduce violators via visual and punitive enforcement. The claims we missed the obvious permit, the signs are missing, I was never warned, I was just there for a minute and other false statements by violators are used to deflect responsibility for their own actions.Regardless of the proof our company provides clearly showing we did not do as the violator states our rating is an F. The BBB states I can get an A+ if I pay a monthly fee which I am not going to do. We are a parking enforcement company that has 100% proof of every enforcement action. We will no longer waste our time responding to false statements about our company.

Easily the worst experience of my life dealing with this business. If youre reading this because youre trying to figure out if this is a real business, unfortunately it is.To save you some time, brain cells, and blood pressure, here are some tips on how to remove the boot and be on your way:1. There is only two ways to contact this company - through the website, and email. The phone number is a recording and doesnt give you the option to talk to someone. Yes thats correct, you can not and will not be able to speak to someone. 2. If you entered your payment information and are seeing Approved! This means that your payment actually failed. Thinking my payment was approved, this left me wondering why I wasnt getting the unlock code, and when I asked the manager in the chat, his response was Obviously your doing something wrong. Later on, he confirmed that this is intended and doesnt believe it to be misleading.3. Even if all of your payment information is correct, the payment will not go through if you scroll on the page or refresh it. Once you hit submit, just leave it be!! 4. The chat agent or agents (seemed like the same person) LOVE when you get angry with them. They actually seem to provoke it even when you are cordial. Dont give this scum that enjoyment. 5. None of the links on their website work besides home. You either have to scan the ** code or fill out the form on the front page to start the process.6. The chat agent can see what you are typing to them, while you are typing, even if you havent sent a message. He will screen shot things you have typed but havent sent, and use that to threaten you with Criminal mischief charges7. Contact the governor if you believe you are a victim of predatory towing in the ****** area: ********************************************Park It Right, LLC
