    This is a LEGIT Travesty ! THEY ARENT EVEN ACCRETED!! NOOOO SUPRISEEE!!! Look people Get serious they are Literally responsible for the DIRE Disabled Transportation !!!people with No OTHER MEANS! AND THEY HAVE ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY!!! NY LORD HOW DID THEY GET THIS CONTRACT!??

    Horrible!!I agree with almost all the deceit **** on here. Sometimes youll get someone that wants to help you and other times they dont care. They are being reimbursed by the state and they are keeping the funds or something because Im not receiving them nor are the people that I know who uses program. My advice to all of you is to contact Senator ******** office because Im getting help there from them. I am tired of this. I have been owed money for years and I mean years. *** tried my best to be patient, kind, compassionate because theres always an excuse and as someone whos a very sick person and struggles with a lot, I would love to be able to have them provide a ride for me, but since I dont live in ******, I cannot get that. So the other option is to drive and be reimbursed. I did all that I needed to, every hoop they asked me to jump through, every paperwork they needed filled out, every doctors visit and paperwork there, I complied with everything. They do not comply. Its a bunch of baloney and I am so sick of it. *** tried to be nice to ***** who is the supervisor there but unfortunately, I have to play her game and if I step out of bounds by actually asking a question like when Im going to get paid for reimbursement then Im on naughty list and she refuses to speak to me I have sent so many different emails only to not be received by anything. So, they leave me no choice but you get help at the **************** its a pretty simple process. I encourage you to do it.

    I'll schedule a ride ***** minutes before I'm supposed to be at the doctor's ******* But, they're still late. This is valuable time, and doctors are busy. I'll arrive late most days. Another problem is, you have to reapply every 6-12 months. But they don't tell you. When I did reapply the first time, they said you can choose which transportation provider you want when you're approved. This time they said I can choose the type of vehicle. It changes every time.. Most of them have very poor driving habits. They'll keep their foot on the brake throughout the ride, rather than to the side. Then they'll constantly pump, pump, pump for no reason. It's a jerking motion and it wears down the brakes. One driver keeps rotating the wheel like he's dancing, but he's not changing lanes and the drive is a straight line. Often, they follow too close to the car ahead, which is dangerous. When I complain, it's nothing but excuses. No apologies and no attempt to improve. The drivers are nice enough, but time is valuable they schedule you at least an hour before you're really supposed to leave, and pick you up **** back home a half hour to one hour late. My time is valuable too. Then some will be angry if I'M late. I knock myself out getting ready and they make me miss appointment's. Or make me late for awhile they would call while I'm in session with my doctor. Interrupting us, just to know when they're supposed to come get me. It's right there on the schedule. No respect for my time, no respect for me. They are ruled by a county bureaucracy. There's no way to change policy. It's all red tape. I just want to be able to get to my medical appointments on time. My health is important.

    Unreliable to pick up for appointments and to pick up after an appointment. They have been up to 1 1/2 hours late more than once and 2 hours late to pick up so I missed my medical appointment. If their driver's could speak English, that might help

    I have been waiting 10 months to receive mileage reimbursement from Intelliride. I have written multiple letters to customer service in *****, ** but I have still not received reimbursement for mileate to my medical appointments. This week I will write letters to ******************** and other state agencies to let them know that Intelliride is not providing the services the state is paying them to provide.

    Literally BS. Very sassy people. Youll be lucky by a few that are very nice. Answer with an attitude. One time I called for my flight itinerary and she said one moment and hung up the F***g phone on me. Mind you Im a cancer patient. If you get sassy back and ask why are you so rude they will just hang up on you. I cant even believe some of these workers are still employed. Like is nothing being done? They even sometimes give me the wrong itinerary. One employee will give me the itinerary and I called back just to make sure, and then they give me a whole different itinerary. ITS INSANE AND F****g CRAZY. Its probably gonna get removed, but I really dont care. The fact that trans Dev. Is replying with dull responses says it all. Well make sure it wont happen again. We are sorry My f*****g a****. Sh******up

    I was so hurt by the receptionist tonight who answered when I tried to schedule my ride. She asked my name and recognized it. She doesnt like me because I reported her because she was not scheduling my rides, (maybe she dated my ex? I have a very unique name so she might know me? Idk its odd) it was like she would enter the information into the computer, but then not save it because she would read back the information to me and I would market in my planner like I always do because Im so organized like that. I love my skills, and when it would come time for my ride, all of a sudden they wouldnt be come so Id call Inteliride to find out what was going on, they would tell me that I was never actually scheduled to begin with, it was very odd that this was like a repetitive thing with her only so of course I had to report it to fix the issue she created. So tonight when I was going to make my ride. As soon as she heard my name she remembered me she was so inconsiderate you could hear her fingers start typing so hard (unnecessary adult behavior) comments were made towards me in a very passive aggressive manner. It wasnt polite or professional at all. I understand being reminded of the rules, but she couldve had a little more courtesy/respect for the clients and her company .She talks to ppl who use ******** who have mental illness. I expect professionalism. You dont treat ppl that way. I didnt know it was accidental. She was typing hard and saying she is not to bring her son In a sarcastic/domineering way, she was typing very aggressively. I felt very harassed and discriminated against also I couldnt remember the name of the place I was going to and my phone died so now Im sure she thinks I hung up on her. Ive been riding for two years and witness other ppl bring their kids who scheduled rides with the lady that Im mentioning, who dont get treated rude n lied to. I trusted the company until she picked up the phone again. Better sched online or bus

    If you plan on getting reimbursed for travel to get to and from your appointments, then good luck!! Literally the worst employees answer the phone after waiting on hold for over an hour to be told they can't tell you anything and they don't know anything! I had to have paper after paper after paper signed by the doctor and faxed into them and they don't hold up there half of the deal. Fricken pathetic

    Horrible wait time ***** minutes to make appointment. I was not notified I needed a Level of Service form (again), until I called to make an appointment. I just had Intelliride pick me up last week. I was told I would need to ride the bus (3 different buses) if I didn't get the form to the fax number that is on the form. More training for the ones who answer the phones to make appointments. Also, they need to hire people who can speak clearly. I have made several calls when I could NOT understand person making the appointments. So frustrating.

    As of my latest grievance, because I, I like Puakea (another complainant) in ******, am tired of talking.Im NOT receiving ANY transportation let alone receiving the correct transportation . In the last month , March 2023, I missed four appointments due to intellerides non-existent quote unquote services . I also have filed numerous grievances and I'm now at this point Im going to the insurance commission as well as the Attorney General and demanding a city audit of intelliride. They we're already audited by the ***************** and numerous other states have done the same . the outcome in each instance was that in ********* was fraudulent and did not provide what they r contracted to provide to patients. I do not relish spending my time doing this type of legal work but obviously the power that b want to continue to pay this Corporation money for something they are not providing. Its so american. Good luck intelliride you're going to need it . I hope they go to prison for the mass chaos they cause daily for patients allover. Huka to u intelliride, HUKA say the hawaiians to u for ur zero ALO OF HA. .
