    I don't really have much to say about Evolve - aside from the initial booking and then what seemed like frequent emails, most of my communication about the property we booked came from the property owner/manager which was much more specific to the property than the generic Evolve stuff.I do not have anything negative to say about the experience with Evolve and would use again.

    Booking was easy and al the information I needed to check into my reserved condo was provided as stated. I will definitely use Evolve again.

    My Evolve experience was great! We had a family reunion at *********** in **. Several homes were rented at least five months ahead of event. My contact was very helpful; payment plan was easy. We chose our rental based on the comprehensive description. We were very pleased when we arrivedvery clean, well stocked! The rental made our trip a big success!     Had a really good experience with Evolve for a few reasons. This was entirely separate of their responsibilities, but 2 days before arrival our 3rd party boat ******************************** fell through due to their engine failing. Evolve immediately helped connect us with another boat rental agency, and recommended a captain for us. We also had a temporary issue with the water at the house rental that was out of their control, in which they immediately sent their maintenance rep over to get it fixed and gave us a credit back for a portion of rental fees without us asking, which was greatly appreciated. They had quick communication every step of the way. Would definitely use them again!

    I found an Evolve managed property on VRBO and made a reservation. Evolve communicated via email comprehensively. The deposit was made and the final payment made all as scheduled. Property address and access information was detailed. The property had all features described, but lacked in condition and supplies. When I complained to the management company, I was told that was the way it was. Specifically, oven and dishwasher were both in need of repair.

    Had a great booking experience and the vacation property was exactly has described. One of, it not the best vacation our family has taken. We had a blast. Will definitely use them next vacation.

    No problems what so ever. The rental property was exactly as advertised. Clean and comfortable. Very minor issue was addressed promptly and everyone I dealt with was curteous and helpful. I would use Evolve again. Thanks for a great trip!

    We had no problems with the vacation rental house we booked - a great property, well maintained, no reservation or billing surprises, etc. The homeowner lives elsewhere so it felt like a win for all of us. I will say, however, it was a new listing w/ no reviews, and I was a bit confused - couldn't tell if evolve owned it, and the amount of negative bbb reviews made me nervous it was a phantom property, or ***be our reservation would disappear at the last minute. Anyway, none of that happened & it was great trip. I imagine it's a tough business model to run, with different a) properties, b) expectations of both homeowners and guests, and c) technical problems that *** come from listings across multiple platforms. When looking for reviews I noticed our place was on multiple sites besides ***** *** wonder if that's the root of all the double booking/cancellation complaints.

    I booked a trip to ********* **, with evolve IT WAS DISGUSTING DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH EVOLVE!!! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS TO SAY THE LEAST!! THE PERSON WHO WAS IN CHARGE OF MY STAY EMAILED ME ONVE TO TELL ME SHE COULD NOT TALK ON THE ***** BECAUSE HER HEADSET WAS NOT WORKING, NEEDLESS TO SAY SHE OFFERED NO COMPENSATION FOR THE DISGUSTING CONDITIONS WE WERE FACED WITH. IM STILL WAITING FOR A CALLBACK ONE WEEK LATER. The other person who said this is not a safe area was 100% correct, regardless that it is in a gated community. It means nothing. Upon arrival: garbage was over filled from the people who stayed there before us. It was not removed until Wednesday, we arrived Sunday. The house was dirty, bugs on the floor, pictures did not represent the home. Circuit breaker outdated which lead to air conditioners going off constantly, I was told no one ever complained about this. Bathrooms were gross and dirty. They sent the cleaning lady back who spoke on the phone to someone about me in Spanish, she mopped one floor and left. I found out later she reported I had a pet and 12 people in the house, none of which was true. I called vrbo along with evolve from Sunday - Thursday - no help, no compensation, and in fact evolve continued to tell me I was lying. "I sent the cleaning lady away, I have a pet and 12 people in the house, I did not feel comfortable with the handy man so I sent him away". NONE of this was true. I am appalled of the allegations made on me and my family. If it wasn't for other family members staying at another place , I would have left immediately. Save yourself aggravation and expense do not stay here DO NOT RENT ANYThING FROM EVOLVE> . I will be posting on the better business bureau as well. Obviously they are going to respond to me now that I am posting this. Everything they say back are ALL LIES!!! It's disgusting they do this to families trying to have a nice vacation
