As stated in a previous complaint with another person who experienced fraudulent activity on their credit card, the same exact thing happened to us today. We noticed two charges on our credit card for items we did not purchase, do not use and can attest from our medical doctors, they are not only unsafe but dangerous for us. We immediately contacted our credit card company and denied the charges. The credit card company cancelled the card for us and are forwarding to their security ***** In the meantime, we receive an email stating they were shipping our order. The email also has this crazy wording about "Friendly Fraud". We called Nucentix who spent 10 mins gaslighting us that we had ordered these things and they are happy to cancel our subscription. We recorded the phone call and told them we were doing so. They told us they would do the same. Amazingly enough, our credit card immediately showed a refund of both charges. While the money was returned, we want to make this clear. We are pursuing this via the fraud department. We also believe we have information that might lead to where and how this company is gaining access to people's credit cards. How many more people does this have to happen to. Is this even a legit company? I don't think so. Please stop stealing people's card numbers then gaslighting them with your BS email about "Friendly Fraud". Your BS info about you take this seriously? We have an A+ rating with the BBB due to the care we provide each customer and interaction. This complaint is unsubstantiated. Every order detail provided by this customer matches what we have on file. Address, email, phone number and IP address are all showing a match to the credit card and location. Regardless of the customers statement above, she called us within hours of her order being placed and was immediately assisted with a cancellation and full refund. Thank you.Customer Answer

*************************We have documented evidence from our credit card card company that we disputed the FRAUDULENT CHARGE. While your rating might be falsely inflated due to some means of your own, there are many others stating the same scenario we are. Our credit card company is pursuing this further as a fraudulent charge. Interestingly enough, we have proof that we were not at a location with a computer at the time this company claims we ordered from them. Further more, we have medical records stating that we have health issues that would prohibit us from ordering such. STOP...Just STOP accusing people of this type ordering. Please explain why your own website has a written notice that your company takes this type behavior seriously. Please, by all means, go ahead and pull up the recording that your customer service rep stated she was recording when we called demanding you give our stolen money back. THIEVES.

I ordered online some of their supplements to try 4/19/22 When I got them, I seen it was not what I wanted and was going to send them back. Says online I had ******************************************************************************** fraud. So, then I was dealing with that. The end of July I sent all back never opened any of them and they got them the 1st of August. I had a letter in the box I would like a full refund of the $234. I was charged. When I got my statement for my c/card nothing was on it. I called the # ************ asked for my refund to be put on my c/card they said they could not to tell the bank they were trying to do so. Called the bank said they seen they tried on the 30th of August, (the day I called them) but that c/card has had ********** will not take any transactions credit or debit that I would have to give them my new c/card #. I have contacted them again a told them what the bank said, and they told me we do this all the time just tell your bank to let us give that card credit. The bank told me no they couldn't, and they called the **** card ************ told my bank the c/card has been in a fraud case, and they will not open it up. Need them to put the credit on my new card. They will not and said they could not. So, I'm hoping you can help me get my $234. credit. THANK YOU, *******************************Business Response

This customer is correct that her bank has been the problem here as we have made several attempts to refund her credit card. Due to that fact, we have attempted to contact her to refund her via PayPal. She has never responded to those requests so we went ahead and processed the refund via PayPal in hopes that she has a PayPal account and can access the refunded money. I am rejecting this response because: I do not have a Pay pal account so that will not do me any good. My Bank and the ************ will not put anything on the **** that I used for my purchase from Nucentix , that card has been involved in fraudulent cases and both the bank and **** will not let any activity be put on that card. They can put the credit on my new c/card. They can send me a check for $234. That is all I know that can be done. But in no way can they put anything on that FRAUDULENT CARD!

We were finally able to reach this customer via telephone. We explained the situation in detail with her and sent her a link to set up an account so she could collect her refund. As of this morning the money transfer shows completed.

On 7/21/2022, this company's advertisement popped up on my cell phone. I read the Nucentix Nutrition claims and customer testimonials. I attempted to close the advertisement and the company made a lower price on the product. Again, I attempted to leave the site and Nucentix offered another offer. I entered my name, address, and email address. I did not chose to order anything, but opened another page to research the company for complaints. I found numerous complaints about Nucentix and the false claims that they are making for a weight loss supplement product. I attempted to return to the product page, but the page had disappeared. I did not know the name of the company at the time, and had no concerns. On approximately 8/2/2022, an unknown box was delivered to my house. I cut the tape on the box and found 6 bottles of the Nucentix Keto. I did not open a container and scanned my credit card statements daily for a charge and did not find a charge from that company.On 8/12/22, I received a statement from a well known clothing company in the amount of $228. I contacted Nucentix to report their error. They denied making an error, refused to let me speak with a manager, tried to convince me to keep the 6 bottles of supplement for $117. I refused and demanded a refund. The Nucentix operator stated that they could prove that I ordered the 6 bottles. I stated that I would call the credit card company to dispute the charge. The operator stated that "we have your IP address and can prove that you ordered from our site, and if you dispute the charge you will not receive a refund. I know you will receive zero dollars if you dispute this, because it happens often with our company". Despite my protestations, the operator stated that I could return the box at my expense and they would refund my money. I filed a dispute with the credit card company because I did not order this. This customer DID place an order with our company and DID enter her full name, billing address, full credit card details and hit the submit order button. Stating that she did not place the order is flat out not true. Not only did she receive an order confirmation email, with all of our contact information clearly listed, she also received a shipping confirmation email with shipment tracking details. We have all the computer generated order details available - AVS match, IP address and **** Proof of Delivery. All we asked her to do was return the shipment if the order was "unintentional". She clearly stated that she refused to return the order and proceeded to threaten us with her bank. Due to her threats, we fully refunded her order and can only ask that she does the right thing and return the order that she placed. She is not telling the truth here at all. Better Business Bureau:The company refunded my credit card, however I don't appreciate their angry defamation of my character. I stand by my original assessment of this company's business practices. Buyer Beware.

I purchased a product, KETO-X3, buy 2, get 2 free, $196.00, from this business and the product was returned to the Company. Product was received, according to tracking number on 06/30/22.After several attempts to receive a refund, as promised by the Company web site, I cannot get them to respond.Business Response

We have attempted to refund this customers credit card several times but his bank is blocking the transaction. This has nothing to do with us. This is his banks issue. Here are the attempts that have been made as of today.

There was no ill intention on our part in refunding this customer.
