      Ordered one bottle ,it was suppose to be 30 some dollars they charged my card $239.70.i tried to stop payment and didn't succeed..

      This customer placed his order online. He chose a 6 bottle order and not a single bottle. We processed and shipped the order as placed on 5/12/25. Customer contacted us via email on 5/15/25 for tracking information only. All customers are sent a detailed invoice upon order completion with customer service information included. We are happy to accept a return for refund if that is what the customer would like. Please contact us so we can resolve this situation to his liking.

      Do not purchase product. May work for some and they "automatically" keep sending and charging even when you cancel, 2x. Filed a dispute with cc.

      Asked for a one-month supply and they continued charging my card for additional monthly shipments - which I did not order or desire. The product did not work, and I tried repeatedly to call the company to ask them to stop charging my card and discontinue future shipments, but the phone was never answered.

      We have reviewed this complaint and found that the only contact we have had with this customer is when they called in on 05/28/24 9:58am. Our system shows nothing else. We handled the customer request immediately. We also have a 60 day return policy and as of today we have had nothing returned to us which would have also triggered an automatic account cancellation. Thank you!

      Wish I could leave a ZERO star raging. Ordered 1 bottle, received 6 and was charged and paid for 6. Got email 11/26 about subscription and order processing. Sent email 11/26, "DO NOT SEND ME ANY MORE OF THIS PRODUCT. I have 2 bottles I can send back and did not realize the order included a hidden subscription. I only intended to order 1 bottle to try and received 6 bottles and was charged for 6 bottles. Giving notice that any future shipment of product will be returned to the post office and they can send it back as unaccepted or throw it away. Any charges to my card will be disputed and reported as fraud to my card company and a complaint will be filed with the Better Business Bureau. I should have checked BBB first!" Called # for Nucentix and spoke with ******* on 11/27 and he confirmed subscription was cancelled. Received email 11/29 with a tracking # that 6 bottles were shipped today. Called # for Nucentix and spoke with ******* relayed information above. ******* said she sees where the subscription was cancelled, but she also sees where shipment processed. I made it very clear that I am not going to accept any shipment of product, will not pay for product, will not pay for return shipping. Going to file complaint with BBB. ******* said she would make sure I receive a prompt refund, within 3-5 business days. I told her there shouldn't be a payment made to them because the card used previously has been canceled due to fraud. After hanging up with **************** sent another email regarding this conversation.

      This customer called to cancel his order the day it was placed on 11/26/23. Immediately upon contact, we acknowledged his request and a FULL refund was given. The *** did offer the customer a discount to continue moving forward with the product, if interested, but due to a slight delay in response, the product was unfortunately shipped. We did have every intention of stopping the order, but we ship very quickly here to assure our customers receive timely delivery. We even offered to pay return postage for the customer or accept a refusal of delivery so the package would be returned to sender. It's unfortunate to see the customer felt that this issue, that was fully to the customers advantage, felt the BBB needed to be involved.

      This product did not work for me. I ordered a time deal. They in turn charged my account again for over $200, overdrawing my account.

      I do not recommend this company as they do not stand behind their 100 percent satifaction money back policy. I orderd the product and experienced no benefit from the product. OK, I get it. I t may work for some and not for others. I called about 10 days prior to the *************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** the process of taking place. I called again when I was told to call for return information and the lady told me that I needed to mail the product back on that day or the next day but that I would receive my refund as I was still within the 60 days. I sent the product back THAT DAY exactly as directed. Two weeks later, I call and talk to a supervisor to see what the status of my refund was since I had not seen it. She proceeds to tell my that the return center put a not in my file stating that it was not received in time and I would not receive my refund! Needless to say, I was upset but the supervisor simply told me that there was nothing they could do and that it was not their fault even though I did everything exactly as they had instructed me. I warn anyone considering ordering from this company to be prepared to be scammed out of your money as they DO NOT honor their own advertised policy! Buyer Be ****!!

      Deal was for buy 2 get 2 free at $49.95 a bottle. Two charges were applied to my card. Luckily my bank declined both charges as fraud. Also, I was sent an email stating 180 day guarantee but when you check out it states only 60 day guarantee. Which is it? If you look up Nucentix, LLC, it is a ******, **, (***) company. It only shows one current KETO gummy product for double the price of these 'special discount' versions. Don't know what is what...

      This person received a discount offer from us that was accurate versus our full price options. The credit card payment declined as stated. We have differentiating guarantees based on the product our customer's order. The product he attempted to order has a guarantee window of 60 days.  Thank you.

      They are a complete scam company. I'd never heard of them and did not order their products. They had my credit card number, email and address and sent me an order confirmation for a total of $419 dollars worth of Keto Gummies. They sent a personalized welcome email as well. The order contained a paragraph about "Friendly Fraud," wherein people will put a stop on a credit card order after goods had been sent in an attempt to get free product. Thankfully my credit card company suspected this was a fraudulent charge so it was stopped, though my card was cancelled which is always a pain. I did respond to their email telling them I didn't order their product and didn't want it and they replied offering to send them at half price! Absolute sham and scam company that should be shut down. -10 out of 5

      We have looked into this account and everything on this order matched exactly to this customer so it was not rejected. We did make an offer for him to keep the order as we did not see it as fraudulent. He did not respond to this offer one way or another. We have refunded this account and only ask that the customer refuses the delivery of this order that is due to arrive on 7/22/23. Thank you!
