  Nucentix misleads its customers. I ordered the Nucentix Keto gummies from the website that misleads its customers into thinking that you would get 6 bottles at the price of 3 bottles of $39.95 each. I am not the 1st customer that had the same issue. See other reviews with exact complaint. Attempted to call Nucentix a few times only to be disconnected. I then called my bank to dispute the charge. I was expecting to pay $119.85 for the 6 bottles. I have been taking the gummies daily and have had ZERO results. They simply just do not work. Now I would like to send the empty bottles and the unused bottle back and be re-imbursed according to their 180 day guarantee for a full refund, but, now they tell me that since I disputed with my bank, they will not honor the guarantee. Nowhere in the guarantee does it state that if you do not get in touch with them 1st to resolve, that the guarantee is void. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. ESPECIALLY, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE COMPANY "NUCENTIX". BEWARE!!!

  Customer was confused about pricing and initially never called us for help. He filed a dispute the same day the order was placed on 5/18/23 instead of contacting us. Customer finally called in on 7/17/23 and spoke with 2 different CSR's who provided full assistance. Since the amount was disputed in full, the funds were locked and we had to go through the process required by the bank. We are glad to accept the order back for a full refund. We have not only assisted this customer, we have provided responses for pricing clarification as well as return/refund options.

  I would give 0 stars if there was a category. This product is useless, does nothing. I tried it for 2 months and it did nothing. I emailed to get a refund since they have a money back guarantee but was told that my warrantee expired 5 days ago. I am 73, on Social Security, and $199 means a lot to me. ******************** said no. For 5 days. They are really terrible with a product that does not work. BEWARE!

  This customer had 2 orders on the same day. Only one had been returned and was refunded.

  We have refunded the 2nd order as requested in hopes she returns the remaining unopened bottles. This was simply a misunderstanding. I hope this resolves this issue.

  If I could give 0 stars or Negative I would. If I could include the 32 email conversations I had with the poor customer service **** I would! If I could call out names of Supervisors that have been extremely rude and unhelpful (*******, *******, *******, *****, *****) All need a refresher course in customer service. I order these gummies. Received my order. Used for 2 months on tp of Keto diet. NO RESULTS! Per there 100% refund policy, no problem to return my order and get my refund at 100%! WRONG! They are illegally holding my Money. I have *** tracking number and proof of delivery that they have received my order back and have done nothing to refund me back my money as there ad promises. Long story shirt, my bank CLOSED that I purchased my order on. After 17 years. I provided them with prof from my bank that they have closed and not taking in or giving out any transactions becasue on April 19th they closed. All I have done is fight with them to get my moeny back. Send an alternative refund back to me. Check? E-check? Put it on another CC? I got a snobby response from ******* even laughing at me when telling her that we can 3-way call the company that they advised would assist me further and they even stated that they needed to provide me with an alternative refund since my bank is closed and they represent my bank. This company has my product returned proof is tracking number is with *** for proof of delivery. They forwarded me to Pathward who represents my closed bank and Supervisor ********************* from Pathward was willing to inform them directly that they need to issue me my refund of $239.70 an alternative way and they refused to do a 3-way call with me. Told me to do it on my own time. I was on the line with Nucentix and they refused to call with me. Anyone else see a HUGE problem here? They illegally have my returned product and illegally holding my $239.70 when all they have to do is issue me out a check. I asked for upper management and was refused.

  If I could give them a 0 I would. They appear to be a scam or at least false advertising on instagram! They advertise buy 3 get 2 free. But charge you for 5. Then I called 2 times to resolve and they hung up on me both times. I finally contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. Be ware!

  Zero Stars! I did NOT order this product. I received 6 bottles of a product that I had never even heard of. My credit card was charged so clearly someone stole my account number. What was very telling was the packing slip which tells you to contact them if you have questions and not to report the transaction to your credit card company. Why would you print this on the packing slip if everything were above board? I emailed them and called them telling them that I did not order this product. They would not acknowledge but instead offered me a 50% refund if I would agree to keep the product. I said No but no credit has been forthcoming. And I just got an email from them indicating that my "subscription" would be initiating another purchase of 6 bottles on 3/12/2023. I have informed them that I will be reporting them to my credit card company if they process another order. I have both emailed and called the company.

  Hello, This order was placed online and everything on this order matched. Name, address, city, state and zip code. Her phone number and email are also exact matches. She said she received the order. She did email us and we did make her an offer to keep the order at a discount. We never heard back from her. We also have never had a product return that would have automatically triggered a refund. She did email us again on 03/05/23 @ 2:11pm to cancel her account and we did so. This order needs to be returned to us as soon as possible. Why she didn't return the order, or **** it RTS, if she didn't place the order is a bit odd. We will send her a return request today. As far as everything tied to this order it was a good order and was shipped accordingly. There was no ill intention on our part. I just wish she would have responded to our discount offer so we could have fixed this much earlier. Thank you!

  Read all the reviews and all the complaints and then pay attention to how this company turns it all around to everyone is lying except them. Literally everyone is lying except them according to their responses.

  I saw the Keto on ******************** with Oprah the item stated it was free however I gave all my information I was charged for 6 instead of the one free which was totaled ****** my credit union sends me notifications of what comes out my account I called Nucentix immediately had a wonder representative he immediately refunded the product and back it up with an email just waiting for the pending to clear the credit union and money back in my account I was told they were not affiliated with Oprah and weight watchers which was being advertised

We did have an order from her for 6 bottles as mentioned and we immediately cancelled and refunded her account as requested. We are very happy she felt our CSR was wonderful.   The website is deceptive, I was going to try three month $39 each, but after multiple pages of clicking no thanks, i get charged for 6 bottles $234.00. You call they say leave a message. I told them I was reporting this to the BBB and want to cancel. Very irritated with that entire false ordering process, buyer beware.
