      Purchased a french door replacement. Cost was $7k. Company had to cancel and reschedule. Was promised a gift card and money off the final purchase for the inconvenience. Second time, installer showed up late. He cut my deck to remove old door. Never said anything about it. Filed a complaint with the office. The office said they refuse to fix it. I will never do business with this company again.

      Quality windows and doors. We have completed two projects with Lifetime and have been very happy with the quality of the product and install.

      We had a rep came out to give us a quote on some replacement windows. We had several questions after he had left. Called several times with no call back. Sent 3 emails with no response. There inside sales person contacted be and sent him the same questions, and was told he would get back to me shortly with answers. We did not hear back. Called and talked to the sales manager, and forward the questions to him. He responded he would follow up with the sales rep that call on us. Again no response back from the general manager with answers to the questions. Its been 35 days since the initial contact with no answers to my questions. which should of been simple answers if they are selling windows.. Essentially, buyer beware of the poor sales process/customer service.

      Outstanding custimer service. Installers, especially ***** and his crew, as well as the project manager, ******************************* were great. They were professional, friendly and informative. Their focus was ensuring I was satisfied with their work. I highly recommend them.

      **** and ****** did a great job installing my ********************* siding. *** received many compliments from friends and neighbors and couldnt be happier with how my house looks . . . Its beautiful!! I would recommend your company to others

      Our sales rep was very professional and gave advise on which windows should be replaced and those that were still good. His suggestion of not going top of line but medium price considering our age and length of time we may be in home was a consideration on final product. The installation went OK and did a good job with install. I had windows done at a previous home and cutting the opening was bad but Life Time did a great job fitting new windows. My only concern was patio door screen was not complete and felt this issue was part of installation. The Company was upset when I didn't approve payment by credit company because they felt it was a warranty issue. I stand by my position that if there is an issue with install, it is not a warranty problem but completion of install. Numerous phone call/emails were made with no response so contacting sales rep may have been answer since two weeks after install, completion of install was done. So far happy with product. By the way, I do not give 5 star reviews because no one is perfect and we all have room for improvement.***********************

      We contacted several company but landed on Lifetime Windows and Siding. Lifetime had a finance option that we couldnt pass up. We bared with the slim ball sales rep until we couldnt anymore. At my last straw, I Called the company to get answered and discuss the sleazy rep. *** answers I need answered are simple ones. One, how much are the windows and doors individually? And two, What's the total cost of the project after small changes? "NO ONE could answer them. I finally had what I assume was a manger call me he told me my sales rep is no longer with the company and I discussed not knowing the cost of my project with him. I was told that he needed to talk to a guy that was on the field and he would get back to me shortly. Well the day has gone by and I havent heard anything. I even called and texted to try and I have been taken advantage of and I'm scared that I'm going to be out over $30,000 (plus what ever the changes cost)

      We had our windows installed by Lifetime Windows, and couldnt be more pleased. The 3 guys that did the installation , ***************************** went above & beyond expectations. They were efficient & professional and we would recommend this company if you want the best ********************************* Theres a lot of window companies out there, but you wont regret choosing Lifetime ***********************************************************

      Great experience replacing all the windows in my home. ******* and his install team and ******* the project manager were great. Had two issues with damaged windows and they were immediately reordered.
