      Renewal by Andersen sent ***** out to look at my patio doors and put together an estimate for upgrading them. While the upgrade ended up being more than what I was hoping to budget for, ***** took the time to understand the problems I was wanted to solve with the old doors and walk through financing options. He even spent a solid amount of time helping me get one of the janky screen doors back on track. His commitment to leaving me in a better position than where he found me was truly endearing. ***** is an individual of integrity and was very honest with me. It is rare to come across a salesperson that genuinely cares about helping his customer make the RIGHT decision and not just closing the sale ***** is exactly that. While the timing isnt right for me at the moment, I will definitely look forward to replacing the doors with Andersen and *****!
