5 starsQuality installation and installers. Great attention to detail. Far superior quality product compared to three year old windows with broken seals that we had to replace. The company who sold us failed windows no longer sells or installs windows, including the warranteed windows that needed to be replaced. We were going to have shipping costs and have to install replacements from the manufacturer ourselves or find someone to do it for us. There would also have been no further warranty. Decided to do what we should have done in the first place and called Renewal by ********, who cost a bit more, but gave us a combination of great customer service, technical expertise, installation and beautiful high quality windows! They make your window upgrade a very easy doable process. Well worth every bit!Renewal By Andersen

2 starsIf you live at elevation (we are at 8500') and have radiant floor heat, meaning no HVAC system with vents to the outside. These windows ARE NOT for you. We paid $70,000 for 14 windows and a front door and were assured that our condensation problem would be fixed. We have so much condensation on our windows in the winter that we have water pooling on our *****. Renewal by ********** response when we asked about it was to explain condensation to us over and over again. The humidity in our house is around 40% which is fabulous for living in the high desert of Colorado. They had 3 suggestions for us: by a dehumidifier, leave the windows cracked in the winter, and cut a hole in our house. All of these suggestions were ludicrous. People in Colorado put humidifiers in their homes to increase the humidity. Had the salesman asked us about our humidity level, we could have told us that these windows were not for us. We had minimal condensation with our old windows and now we have so much more that it's actually ridiculous. Oh, and be sure to wipe up that condensation or the frames around the windows will be damaged. THANK YOU, Renewal by ******** for giving me more work for the rest of my life! I admit we should have done more research although I'm not sure we would have found any information on their website about condensation and humidity levels. 5 starsWe had most of our windows replaced in our 11 old home. Renew by ******** did the replacement in one day and now we have beautiful windows that have made our house so much quieter than it ever has been. Everyone we talked with, especially ***** our sales person, are very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Over all the windows were a little more expensive ( not too much more about $500 total on 12 windows) but so worth it in quality and workmanship. Also as returning customers we know how good the warranty is.Renewal By Andersen

5 starsWe had a wonderful experience with Renewal By Anderson! **** our sales *** was respectful, knowledgeable and clear on each step of the process. Our install technicians were on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up very well. We LOVE our new windows. They are beautiful and designed perfectly for our needs and I cant even begin to explain the sound difference in our living room and bedroom! Amazing how quiet it is now. We have also noticed on hot days our upstairs bedroom is not as warm as it used to be. Dont hesitate working with this company the windows and team members at Renewal By Anderson are worth the investment.Renewal By Andersen

5 starsThe quality of the windows are fantastic! Our sales *** was clear in explaining the Renewal by Andersen windows compared to what we had. Our home is quieter and warmer thanks to the windows!The installers went way above our expectations. They were careful of our property during the installation process, treating our home like it was theirs. Professional, courteous and pleasant during the entire installation.Thank you!
