      This business is masquerading as a military charity accepting donations. Only upon further digging and once this thief had left my doorstep did I realize they are actually a for-profit company, and I highly doubt anything gets provided to our military services. Nothing but a stolen valor scam.

      Yes I did pay money to First Choice Processing. I scanned a qr code provided by the person soliciting donations and it wasn't until I paid that I realized the money went to First Choice Processing, a for-profit company, and not a charity.

        We dealt with this customer , as he failed to complete a refund request in a timely manner with in 3 days.  
        He did not call us or send email.  He instead after purchase went to pay pal and slandered and lied about our company.  
        We thought we dealt with this complaint. Pay pal decided in our favor and we had been preparing to file charges against this customer for Harrassment.  
        We had bee advised to our legal team to not refund this customer outside the cancelation period as it may look as a emmisom of wrong doing .

      It's only 30$ I would not have a problem refunding him.  As a signed letter of apology and expulsion of guilt on our part.

      Fraudulent, I was told it was a donation but the charity doesn't exist and I'm now down 40$.

        On our reciept it clearly states we are a for profit company. On the back of the reciept it has a customer service phone number and cancelation procedure.  I'm not to certain why this customer did not call us , or follow the cancelation procedure before contacting the bbb to say fraudulent sales practices , when there recipet clearly states we are for profit company.  This customer is also out of the 3 day cancelation period to cancel the order.  The funds have already been used to purchase products for the carepackages.  

        So I'm a little confused as to what this customer wants, Or why they didn't call us to assist them in this matter

      A man knocked at my door in Frisco claiming to be collecting donations to support Colorado Veterans on Sept 12th, 2022 around 4:30 PM.
      I thought it was weird that he was collecting donations door to door, but I fell for it and donated some money via ******. After he left, my wife found out the company I had donated too (the ****** link from his card), and turned out that more people had reported a scam, with a similar modus operandi.
      I've requested a refund via ******.
