      Hired *** the concrete man to R&R my driveway. We are now on the second time of replacing the driveway due to spalling. The flaking away of the top layer of the surface. *** reached out multiple times and have been told that theyre not going to do anything.

      We replaced Mr. ********* driveway that was spalling due to excessive road salts for absolute free even though we were under no obligation to do so per our contract that was signed by both parties. Now several years later, he is writing negative reviews and filing complaints. Several things:

      1) We do not guarantee replacement for factors outside of our control such as excessive road salts, but we replaced anyway.

      2) **************** has an issue with the quality of the material, he should take it up with the material provider as we only install the material. ***************************** which is a $20B company is the provider. He should call them.

      3) After inspection last month, it is evident that Mr. ********* has never maintained his project as recommended. He has never resealed the project yet expects it to hold up to magnesium chloride and winter road salts that the city/county puts on the roads. **************** is so interested in maintaining his investment that he would file complaints against us several years later, then why would he not take the time to actually protect his investment. It that our responsibility also? 

      This is the most clear-cut case of unfair practices I have seen in years. Please do not allow people to treat hard working, honest companies in such a way.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      yes, I signed a contract indicating that I would not put any type of salt or icemelt on my driveway. Which I did not! If magnesium chloride is such an issue, I would really like someone to explain to me why are concrete roads hold up when it is directly applied to them, but not my driveway which wouldve had minimal runoff during the winter. And as far as it being *****************************? ***************************** now uses unmarked trucks?

      This business did not perform the work at home as advertised. I paid $15,000 for concrete work. After completion, I paid the full amount, but have experts in the industry who have gone on record to say that all work needs to be redone. The business owner is not willing to redo any work. The owner is also not willing to credit back any money.

      As you can see by the attached pictures, this is a clear case of a customer trying to not pay for services rendered and take advantage of a small, family owned business, who has served the community for the last ********************************************************************************** a ******* like manner with the highest quality materials. This gentlemen simply disputed his credit card charge based on a competitors recommendation and is now trying to not pay. With over 33 years and ****** projects completed,we have stood by our work since **** and stand by this project.

      I am rejecting this response because:  this business is under dispute by several other customers in the area, all making the same complaint, poor quality of work and no offer to repair.  please see the attached letter ***************, an industry expert, who has recently helped others like me resolve monetary disputes against sam the concrete man in the ****** area. any professional with 30 years experience would never show you those pictures that were submitted.
