      Initial call was returned within hours. Technician was prompt and consistently communicated with homeowners. Date for repair was timely. Provided color options and suggestions in terms of maintenance. Will use them again!

      *** the concrete man kept in touch with the plan and timing. Showed up when they said they would and did the work as described. The new driveway looks great. The small details like alternating the brush marks direction for each square through the driveway. Everyone working on the job was very courteous.

      *** the Concrete Man is an excellent vendor for small and large concrete work. We received a timely and competitive quote and their workers were on time, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They solved a minor problem onsite from previous work done by the original homeowner with efficiency and within budget! The work looked great and the clean up was flawless. I highly recommend this excellent concrete contractor.

      We called Sam the Concrete Man because of their reviews on ****** to add an addition on to our covered patio. Our estimator and owner according to his business card, came out, measured and then we didnt hear anything back the rest of the day. I sent a text to the number on his card the next morning asking if he had a chance to send out quote. He wrote back later that afternoon saying he apologized and would have it to me that day. He followed that text up by saying, random question- but where do you get your nails done? My girlfriend cant find anywhere good on our side of the bay and yours are immaculate.Needless to say I never responded and never received a quote. I mentioned my husband several times throughout our conversation and had my two year old daughter next to me throughout the whole conversation. I found his text tacky, forward and unprofessional. Hes from the ******/******** address so to say there arent amazing nail shops in that area is ridiculous.They said that this company is franchised out so not sure if writing a review will do any good or not but just thought Id send a warning to any woman calling around.

      Horrible service. We paid $25,000 for a concrete patio. The workmanship is horrible and they ruined are astroturf. The reason we went with them is because they said they are able to do the patio and not ruin the astroturf. The 1st estimate was for $18,000 and they cut so much of the astroturf that they did not need to do and since they cut a ton of the astroturf they had to pour more concrete and charge us another $7,000 . Our patio is bigger than it should have been and have less astroturf because they screwed up. I have called several times over the past 6 months. They have sent someone out 3 times and they all say the job was screwed up and they will talk to the owner and get back to me. The owner has never contacted us and I just paid $18,000 to have my astroturf fixed. That is a total of $43,000 for a patio that is screwed up and Astroturf that I had to replace because this company does not care about their customers. Please dont use this company. The owner obviously does not care about their customers. They could not call me one time to help me get our situation resolved. We will be contacting our lawyer and having him deal with this horrible company. I cant believe a company would be run this way. Please find another company because this one collects your money and runs away . I wish I could add pictures to show the horrible work. Please see review on ****** to see pictures

      Were sorry to hear you had a negative experience with us. We want every customers experience to be the best possible, and we work hard to make sure that happens. As indicated in your review we have been in contact with you regarding the issues with cloudy sealer on the patio. To correct the cloudy appearance on the patio we will need the weather to remain dry and above freezing - This is the first week with consistent warm weather remaining above freezing we have had in 2023. We will be reaching out to schedule a time this month (April) to correct In October we asked you to contact the ***************** and provide us an estimate to repair the section that was overcut and we never received that. In February you told us that you had decided to replace the turf and we took that as a need for repair was no longer an issue.We understand your disappointment with us and have every intention to correct the cloudy appearance of the patio! We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to rectify this situation.
