Shady people, shady business. First off my service advisor **** was combative, hostile and not pleasant to work with throughout the process. Second I took my car in to get an oil leak repaired. The warranty company reviewed and approved the repair of the oil pan gasket. It is very apparent while the mechanic was working on the car he pried on the oil pan and broke bolts off ultimately damaging the rear main seal. The dealership refused to take responsibility for the damage and when questioned about how this happened they became hostile towards me. The dealership still refused to take responsibility or offer help for covering the repairs which now totaled almost $4,000. I will never return to this dealership nor give any business to Auto Nation again in my life.In addition to this terrible experience, I had taken my car to them two months prior. They did some work on the coolant system. The mechanic obviously either left off a hose clamp or did not tighten a clamp, a radiator hose blew off on the way home. I had to have the car towed back to the dealership. They did repair the car once it was back. They did not apologize or make any attempt to make up for the huge inconvenience.

Brought in my Jeep in September 2023 to the ******************* for its 90K-100K maintenance. The service department came back with all the required fixes of which was executed on. After picking ** the Jeep and parking in my driveway, it was leaking significant fluid. I brought it back for their inspection and they said there was a puncture in the line "but no where near where they worked". The statement did not align to reality whereby there was no prior leak and they had done a full inspection which showed no puncture. The service department turned the story around telling me they would do me a favor by repairing it for free and they would be going out of their way to do this. After picking up the Jeep after the alleged repair...guess what is still leaking? The service manager will not respond to my calls. I do not recommend this group.
