    I purchased a new car from AutoNation Subaru. I traded in my truck. I received no compensation for my truck. I signed over the title and they took the truck. This cannot be legal. Please help me. They quoted my truck as being worth $******. The ****** shouldve been a down payment for my truck.

    I purchased a vehicle from AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe on **. My sales representative ********************* told me that a 2nd key would be included with the purchase. At the time I was told by **************** that their vendor would reach out to me. I reached out to **************** via email on 8/25/23 after a couple of weeks of no contact and was told that the key vendor would reach out to me. I followed up again on 9/14/23 via email with no response. I have made calls to the dealership sales center and to **************** each month October, November and December and have not received a response. I am asking the AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe to follow through on the key.

    We purchased a brand new Subaru Outback from AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe. A couple months ago we received a recall notice, and took the vehicle in for the recall repair. During the repair, something went wrong and the entire digital display went black, causing something else to need repaired. While AutoNation had the car, we received notification from Subaru that the Starlink light was on and needed service. We assumed that was due to what they did to the car. Two days after picking up the car we got another notification from Subaru about Starlink not functioning, to contact the dealer. When I did, I was told we would have to pursue Starlink ourselves. We received another notification from Subaru about an unrepaired recall notice. I contacted the service **** repeatedly over 3 weeks with no response. I then contacted *******************************, Service Director, about the problems and he responded on 9/5/23, "It is clear that there have been problems with your Subaru Outback following the recall service, and we take full responsibility for these issues. Our team should have provided a seamless service experience, and we deeply regret any inconvenience caused. We will investigate the problems with your vehicle, including the Starlink issue and the recurring phone call problem, and ensure they are resolved to your satisfaction. Additionally, we will look into the recall repair that has not been completed." I responded 17 minutes after their email with phone numbers for me and my spouse. That was 15 days ago, with no response, and I've emailed them two more times. I told him today I was filing a complaint with BBB in the hope that AutoNation would finally respond to our concerns.

    I bought this car on April 13 2023, to many issues with the car since day one. Car was leaking oil, I didnt noticed until I take it to get two windows polarized. I took it back to the services department to get it fix, a lady named ******* told me that they where waiting on the warranty to approval. I waited one day I live 2 hrs from the dealership I came back home and I called the following day without response until a day after. ******* told that they that they were still waiting for the response from the warranty, when I called the warranty they told me that they were waiting for the autonation diagnosis. I paid for the extended warranty$2981.00 and this car was leaking oil since I bought it, I have the picture that the seller sent me the day I bought it I didnt thought it was that vehicle leaking oil, since I asked if there were any issues with this car that I need to know and he said no . I contacted the seller without response thats why I make the appointment at the services department but its been a nightmare.
